Horrible service. As a Wells Fargo customer I am supposed to have notary service available to me, but since this branch does not answer the phone there is no way for me to confirm when or if a notary is going to be there and if so, to make an appointment.

Three stars is the highest rating I can give a bank branch. Unfortunately, the ATM machines here do not accept multiple deposits. I have told several tellers this, including a branch manager, but they just dismiss it by saying, "Yeah, we hear that a lot." Nothing ever gets done about it. They are also guilty of having a line out the door, but only 2 of the 9 teller windows are open at one time. This has been a normalized practice for all bank branches. However, the tellers are friendly and the branch manager is very nice and helpful.

Waited almost 30 minutes for the girl to exchange $400 in 1's. I'm not sure why she had to go back and forth to the vault 3 times then ending up pulling ones at her desk just to realize she didn't have it again, I couldn't tell if she was just joking or something. The girl to the right her helped 3 costumers and even ran into a snag with the 3rd that she asked the manager to come help with. The girl to the left of my teller helped 2 customers. I wasn't in a hurry but ended up being there for like 30 mins before she finally asked for help from her manager. She was looking at me weirdly the whole time like it was my fault which was weird. I hardly ever overreact and was having a pretty good day, but this definitely killed my vibe.she didn't even say sorry for the wait or have a good day. Overall very weird encounter. Wouldn't recommend this location.

Fix your opening hours specially for Saturday!! It says you open from 9am-12pm and when customers shows up at 10:30am you are closed.

I walked into the branch early afternoon, only a couple of people in line and plenty of employees.All I needed was to add a new recipient for express send. I was told no one was available. Not a busy branch , yet, I was turned down and was told to make an appointment. My regular branch is incredibly accommodating to most walk-in patrons, not the case here. Customer care goes along way these days. This branch didn’t offer this impromptu care.

Sara was my cashier, she and the guy I guess is the manager we’re really helpful and nice. You can see their efforts trying to be the fast they can.I came here from my usual branch store that always have only one cashier of 10 windows. I waited in the other place more than 30 minutes just to get to the window and not being able to exchange singles for hundreds, because they didn’t have enough money??? Are you kidding? You are a bank. Fortunately for me, Sara helped me and save my trip.I guess is not the Bank reputation itself but the people who work here whom made a difference.

Just terrible, I don't know who the Branch manager is at this location but just plain lazy. I attempted to make a deposit as a Business Account owner and approached "business line". It was an all Cash deposit that should take a minute. The Teller manager came to the window (got off her lazy a*** to tell me there is no business line at this location! Mind you there was a huge line of people waiting..at no point they had a runner asking for all cash deposit or easy transactions to move the line along...nor I was asked in what way they can help me today since there isn't a business line. I have been with Wells Fargo for 20+ years and I just see people like at this branch driving the brand down..I used to be proud to be a "Wells" customer now I think I'll be moving my accounts elsewhere.

Run away from this bank, and their scammer employees. You will never get the help you need and they just run around in circles. Consider any money that should be credited to you as lost because it might as well be, since nobody and I mean nobody can give you information, due to their incompetence. Worst bank I have ever dealt with.

Always kind staff. Easy parking. Not thrilled with banking fees, but know they are typical expenses.A smiling face, helpful and kind makes up for it.

Showed up five minutes before our appointment…left 5 minutes after our appointment… a little lesson in customer service… don’t walk by your customer 1 minute after their scheduled appointment time without acknowledging them and letting them know you’re going to be late… our money won’t be here long….

I Uber around so it’s effort to come here and the past 2 times I’ve come they tell me they’re incapable of doing even a money currency conversion. Like what’s the point of your store then if you can’t do anything

Sooo; waiting in line, social distancing on a Saturday morning; all good. But when I got to the counter to make a cash deposit, the teller told me that there are no cash deposits allowed in any personal bank accounts in the state of California. If she had said it is Wells Fargo policy not to allow any cash deposits for personal accounts, I would've excepted that. I would've been disappointed because I waited in line to make this deposit to find this information out, but I would've excepted it. It seems very strange to me since I have made numerous cash deposit in my personal accounts with both Chase & First Entertainment Credit Union. I also have made cash deposits at ATM's for these accounts. Neither of these banks have ever told me that cash deposits are not allowed in the personal account. When I said this to the teller, she told me I was being difficult and that she was trying to help. I asked to speak with a manager. She told me the manager was with another customer and I would have to wait in the lobby. After already waiting in a long line on a Saturday morning I'm frustrated & disappointed by the this attempted transaction and basically have been lied to by the teller, Candice. . Again, if Teller told me it was only Wells Fargo's policy, I would have accepted it. to be told that no banks allow cash to be deposited in any personal accounts is simply not true. i will not return to this branch at Wells Fargo or give Wells Fargo any more of my business. My BF is now going to close his account with them.
