Rude Clerk. I presented my items onto the counter and then entered my rewards phone number and had a discount offer because I had over 1500 points. The clerk with the hairy birth mark around his eye said I did not and we went back in forth and he would not even look into it on the machine. He should be thankful I walked out . and he had the nerve to tell me to put it back.with service like that, you'd better offer health insurance.I wen to the 7/11 store down the street and it was honored.

Nasty staff attitudes! Always so annoyed by customers. Claim they are busy at night. I only come here in after hours because it is for that 24/7 and now this closed for moping. Dirty dry floors! So sick of this! All we get here in Torrance is trash!

I bought the coffee muffin deal for 2.00. Asmani, wouldnt allow me to do the deal with my 9,500 points because the muffins were out. So I get charged $2.80 for a cup of coffee. How cheap! I spend sooo much money here! I will not be back. They are cheap! I have been here since it opened!

Clean 7-11. Staff friendly. Unlike other 7-11s, they stocked with hot foods and they don't look burnt and nasty. They also had the Super Bomb burrito that'll brings up painful memories of being a hungry student that can finally afford a $2 microwaveable burrito. The guilty pleasure of eating a burrito that tastes like chili will make anyone smile. Well. Unless you don't like chili.

I walked in for my Big Gulp and the cashier asked me if I belonged to some rewards points plan so I could get my soda for .49 & I told her no, but she still charged me .49 anyway! The downside is the parking lot is very cramped!

This 7-Eleven Charge Me $5.50 To Withdraw Money Out The ATM. Beware Of This. I Bank With A Credit Union, I Normally Go To 7-eleven Stores and Withdraw Funds Without a ATM FEE.

Update: It turns out the food this 7-Eleven sold me had actually been recalled, due to "product contamination as a result of tampering following the production process". Glad I only took one bite and spit it out. Now I'm a little pissed though. I could see selling me spoiled food and refusing to take it back. That's an a****** move, but within the realm of standard business practices. But they didn't just sell me spoiled food. They sold me a product that had been recalled for contamination, which they couldn't be bothered to take off their shelves, which is skeezy and probably illegal. Then when I tried to return it, instead of just owning up and doing a refund, they decided it was my problem and I should take it up with the manufacturer. Well, OK then. I hope they enjoy that whole $8 they wanted so much. Meanwhile, I'll be posting 'my problem' at our preschool next door so the other 40 parents who drop off and pick up every day can decide where they want to buy gas and coffee and snacks for their kids. *** Original Review: This location is actually pretty good. Just sold me some stuff that was spoiled and wouldn't take it back, because it hadn't expired. I doubt anyone checks yelp reviews for a 7-Eleven, but thought I'd offer my two cents anyway. Now go in and get your coffee or whatever already...
