Imagine spending thousands maybe millions on remodeling. To turn around and inconvenience customers by not making sure you reinstall what's needed to take tap pay. And then being serviced by staff with a nonchalant attitude or come back later response. UNACCEPTABLE! Made me run a few minutes late. Won't return here unless only option.

Today was my last day coming to this particular 7-Eleven on Sundays. I have been in customer service for 30 plus years. And today was the last of several encounters with this guy. Everything from not being able to use the register properly, to the nasty attitude to match. And because he paid out 200 dollars on a bad ticket. He's no longer allowed to sell tickets, without another employee present in the store. He was even cocky enough to let me read the note, and see a log with the 200 dollar discrepancy. I have never left a bad review in my life. However, I don't see this as anything more than a warning. If you need a store to actually service your needs on a Sunday morning. This isn't the place.

There was very rude bold guy. It was Sat around 9:00pm. I went to pick up items for a delivery. He told an ice cream was out, but I found it so I asked him to add it. The Grubhub customer service, the actual customer and I tried to convince him to add it to pick up, but finally he refused it by very rude manner. My customer called the shop and talked with him and really got upset and told me she is not going to use here again. Me too. I guess he is a racist. He was a black and I am a Asian. He was trying to ignore me. Maybe he do not like Asian. My point is black people could be racist and harm others, too. It is all depends on the person's quality. Not only white people are racist. Depends on person.

*2020 PANDEMIC REVIEW*I'm a foodie. I love food. I've eating at high end restaurants. Ones that have Michelin star ratings. You know, the kind where you pay $25 for a bite of tortilla chip topped with bone marrow? Bone marrow...that used to be looked down upon, and now it's a delicacy! Oh my, what marketing and the right chef can do to turn random scraps into something so delicious. But anyway, some days you just crave cheap food. Like you know there is quality out there but you just want cheap, easy and fast. That was me. I wanted 7-Eleven's pizza. I knew to order a whole one because the slices in their heated food section can be hit or miss with how long it's been sitting there. $7.50 including tax for a whole. $1.49 plus tax for a slice. I forgot to ask for mine well done because I like crispy edges. The pizza fresh is pretty tasty for a $7.50 pizza. You can't complain. If you digestive system can't handle cheap dairy, then you may pay for it later. (just sayin). So pizza is a solid 3 stars. Palatable, but not overly delicious. So why the two stars? Well, I like points and apps. I have the app and am new to it. I didn't think to ask too many questions about it because there was a line and most apps will allow you to add your purchase later as long as you have your receipt. So while waiting for my pizza, I thought I should figure it out. I couldn't find it...So I asked the cashier how I could add it. Without any explanation, she just raised her voice and said "It's too late!" Apparently I had to have her scan my app or enter my phone number. She was rude, so that why the two stars. I wanted to give it a one star, but the guy who prepared my pizza was actually nice. They wear masks and have disposable gloves to use when handling food. -pandemic times!Yeah, long review for a 7-Eleven, but I guess I'm a little wordy today.
