Worst pharmacy staff and wait times. You are better off coming in an hour before your set up appointment because the line is taking forever. I don’t understand the point of setting up an appointment if it is not followed.

After 5 years of mostly disappointment i am finally looking for a new pharmacy to switch to. Awhile back i went through the drive through and asked for a package of zyrtec D ( i take it every day as per my allergy doctors advise) they said i couldnt get it through the drive through with my other scripts i had to come in because i had to show my license. So i said well i can just give you my license here but nope i had to park and walk in to do the exact same thing i could of done at the drive through window. Then i go in ask for a 24 pack she says we have none so i got a smaller pack which is a pain because you can only buy one at a time. As i was walking out i glanced over and the shelf was full of 24 packs like right in front of her.they would not let me exchange it or return it .But today.... today was the icing on the cake. i was talking to a lady on the phone who told me to come by in 20 minutes and the script would be ready. I waited a little over an hour because i know its busy there. I went to the drive through and i was told my script was not ready. So i told her that i waited an hour after being told to come in 20 minutes and she responded with well its gonna be another 15 minutes or so and told me NOT to come through the drive through again because she had to do covid testing. This is the worse run pharmacy i have seen ... and don't even bother to take in a good RX coupon or anything like that , they act like you are asking for their first born. DONE with CVS.

I had to pick up medication and Shatera at the pharmacy was so kind and compassionate. She went above and beyond to help me and she made my day better. I will gladly drive to this CVS location again. Store was also clean, easy to find and plenty of parking.

Worst pharmacy, the drive thru wait is ridiculius. 3 cars ahead of me and i have been waiting at least 30 minutes.

service in pharmacy is the worst. the communication problems i have been having with the staff on picking up prescriptions. warning to all if you need to have a prescription filled be sure you check and double check all you options . check on generic and non generic

Went for the Covid test and the nurse was helpful at the drive thru window. The car line was about 45 minutes even with the scheduled appointment prior.

Very bad service from the pharmacist. I called to clarify re a prescription we requested and when someone picked up they said a wrong high co-pay. I called and asked how that happened when we usually don’t pay a co pay and Pharmacist Nin Bach didn’t even want to accept their mistake and said they don’t know how much the co-pay for every medication is. I asked her if they don’t check it with insurance before it’s ready for pick up and she said we should’ve asked them to check it when we were given a high co pay so they will know it was Zero co-pay. She doesn’t even apologize and insist it’s our fault for not asking before leaving and then hung up the phone on me. They also keep refilling old medication that patient doesn’t even need because patient is now using a lower dose and they still refill the higher dose and low dose monthly even after I asked them to cancel the other one. Bad service and does not help old patients at all, but causing confusion and waste of time and money with this pharmacist.

Not my go to pharmacy but it was the nearest to my house and after leaving the urgent care. I walked in nobody was in line to drop off my prescription. The pharmacist was purposely ignoring me and when I finally caught her attention she said, it's not going to be processed tonight because I'm closing in 10 minutes. I said, ok in my dying pain which she probably noticed. But if you need it tonight you can go to another pharmacy Lady, are you kidding me, I could barely stood still. I said tomorrow is fine but please process it first thing in the morning.. well, guess what?! came it there at noon only to find out she didn't even put me in their system. Therefore. I had to wait another 30 minutes or so to wait for my prescription to be filled. However, the lady that assisted me to get my prescription was very thoughtful and considerate. CVS, please change your pharmacist. She ain't no good of a leader nor considerate of sick people. She needs to change her career.

I went in to play the lottery There's no lottery machine here That's not really this CVS fault but I'm just curious why and she just gave me a nonchalant answer and then as may I use the restroom it was out of order not really a bad day but I think they should maybe fix the restroom for customers and possibly have a machine there so it can be convenient for us.

I have a pet that's ill and was taken to emergency several weeks ago, once he was discharged it was extremely difficult to find the medication that was prescribed. I was able to fill the prescription at a CVS in Hermosa. My pet followed up with out regular veterinarian to compete a hepatic panel before refilling the medication as it is very hard on the liver. Thankfully his values were within normal range and I decided we could refill his meds closer to home. The prescription was called into this CVS pharmacy on 11/5, I called today and was told there was nothing on file, yet I was present when the hospital called it in, even providing the doctors DEA number. I spoke with Madeline who was extremely rude and unhelpful, cutting me off while still speaking on several occasions. She had me call the original location (CVS Hermosa) and they had no clue as to what rx I was referring to. I called back and they transferred me to Kiki the pharmacist who was as helpful as she could be considering the circumstance. I am highly concerned that the person our veterinarian spoke to disregarded the importance of the medication refill or the doctors private information. I can't help but wonder where our information ended up. I will no longer be utilizing this location.
