The heavy Latina woman was rude and called the cops on me for being in the restroom 'too long'. She started hitting the door with a stick and was on the phone with the police. Very rude and mentally unstable employees. I worked in a gas station on skid row and had to deal with customers all of the time. This location is not skid row and the paying customers should be treated with respect.. I'm going to send the recording to the district manager. Nobody should have to endure this mistreatment.

Went to this shell at 10pm just now. Tried to go inside and get snacks and drinks plus gas … and the lady employee was standing with an attitude outside saying I couldn’t purchase anything after 10pm because they’re scared for some reason , mind you after yelling at me This is not the first time this happens . Over Sunday afternoon I showed up to this exact same gas station and there was nobody in the place working ! The same lady was outside in her car while a line full of customers were outside waiting ! Hope management gets to see this because I’ve been at this gas station probably 5 times total and this happens and I’m sick of getting into arguments over lazy employees.

First of all this location has unstable transient people hanging around. I decided to pump here since it was on the way to where I was going. I am a regular user of fuel rewards program but it seems that if you try to reedeem it here at the pump your transaction gets canceled. This has never happened to me at other shell locations so I went inside and asked the clerk and she stated you cant redeem fuel rewards at the pump. I paid inside and put in my number and only got the min 0.05/gal off not the total discount I had available. After speaking with fuel rewards customer service they stated my full discount was available but because the transaction was cancelled they freeze the amount of discount for 1 hour. I believe that staff is aware of this and that my transaction was cancelled to discourage me from using fuel rewards and applying the total discount. Will never pump at this station again.

rude unprofessional female employee working the night shift around 11:50pm 12/08/21 needs to work on doing her actual job than worry about customers at the pump trying to figure out how the ralphs rewards works.She assumed I was "messing around with the pump" and told me to "stop using it"Like what the heck. In no way was I ever damaging the pump.She's a joke

Sleepy fumblers, are angry when a customer pulls up. They lock the doors around 6:00 a.m. for their shift change for like 20 minutes. 6:00 a.m. of course is the busiest time of the day. Normal people, with at least a fifth grade education could do a shift change in 3 minutes, just saying

Hands down my favorite gas station ever. The price of cash is the same price when you use your debit card (not credit card). It's the cheapest Shell I've found in the area and even cheaper since I get the cash price when I use my debit card. Sign up for Shell Rewards & get extra 5 cents off!! Highly recommend this Shell for it's relatively cheap price!

I would never give this shell gas station any business if i were you. Their dispenser for receipt never work. The people who work in this station are so lazy to fix this. Every time i come here to get gas, i always end up falling in line just to get a copy of my gas receipt. So i address this issue but the clerk ATUL did not seem to like that. When i said about fixing the dispenser receipt i thought he just ignored me. I noticed this clerk has a problem of hearing So i said it again and raised my voice so he could hear me. But he got really mad . He didn't want to help me and did not want to print me out a copy of my receipt . So for the last time i said just give me my receipt. Then out of the blue he just threatens to kill me. I was like what the heck! Even the customer who was behind my line waiting...over heard him and said to him... hey you can't say that! You don't just threaten to kill your customer!? During all this is happening. The store manager or owner got out of his office and trying to shoo me away. I was like! You are a freaking manager and you tolerate your employee to threat your customer like that!?. So i Walked out of that place saw them laughing and their reaction like nothing happen. The manager or the owner of that place ignored everything after i told him that he threaten to kill me. They can laugh now. Let's see if they be laughing when they deal with consumer costumer relation. This shell is owned by private party. You'll never know what type of felons this owner would hire. Judging by the way the clerk's action ( name ATUL) by threatening to kill me. definitely a felon. Could be a murderer or something! Or outlaw! Someone who has a lot of records for sue!Don't do business with this gas station!
