this 1 star is specifically for a worker there named vicki - not only did she racially profile my son and I but she was rude and overall awful from the moment we walked into the door she did not greet us even though we were there for an appointment, she had a rude and disgusting attitude and ultimately did not help us whatsoeverwe ended up having to reschedule at a different branch because I did not want my teenager’s first experience of opening up a bank account to be with such an awful person. She is a poor representation of Chase bank.

Chase facilities management really needs to do something about the air conditioning in the vestibule at this location. It was 92 degrees in Tracy today and 100+ degrees inside the ATM vestibule. No ventilation. It's been like this the past couple times I've visited the ATM. This is dangerous. Please get this fixed.

Well now they changed the bank no tellers what good are they went to cash a check they said we have no money hear put it back or close it now I have to go down town what a pain bad choice

Horrible "redesign" (read eliminated services). Essentially a 1000 sq ft. ATM. Thanks for making me drive across town for the most basic of banking needs! Maybe I should bank with Safeway - they also provide an ATM.

Went in to cash a Chase bank money order and their were no tellers the booth was removed. A lady came to me and said we cant cash it here you can deposit it and withdraw through ATM. I dont have an account. She said would you like to open one. Frustrated and with my voice gone I had to to speak up. I asked why would I open an account if your not really a bank anymore, I cant even cash one of your money orders. Just then a man with obvious little man syndrome walked hurridly like he was goin to save the day towards me and challenged me with"Do you need some help?" I looked him straight in the eye said no sir would you like some help. He said no and I left never to return.

Customer service is not great. Often when I come in there they tell me or my mother what we "can do at the ATM instead or on the app" and there is always no one in line! I feel rushed. And when I come inside to ask a question the banker is out and they tell me to wait for him because he has to go to lunch but the banker does not even make an appointment with me. I have been a chase customer for over 10 years but customer service at this location does not reflect it.

Went to this location to open a checking account this morning. Sat in the waiting area for five minutes while the banker held a personal conversation, laughing and carrying on. Since I was not being acknowledged in the waiting area I then stood in line to talk to a teller. When it was my turn I told her tell her that I would like to see about opening a checking account to which she replied she would get her banker. Was told to go back to the waiting area which I did, and sat there again while the banker continued her personal conversation, the lady she was talking to had her car keys in her hand and was standing, so I was pretty sure that it wasn't bank related. In a nutshell, I went to go give these people my money and they didn't want it. Maybe they haven't heard of yelp.

I don't go to the bank often because I do most of it online. I like the online deposit feature as well, but sometimes it doesn't read the check so we have to go in. When I do go in, there is lack of people working and long lines. We have accounts for our 2 children, and it was a hassle making appointments to open an account because it's designated to one person to do this. Why I go back here, I don't know. Maybe it's the convenience of location, maybe because I want all 3 of my kids' accounts here, but I made an appointment for my 3rd child and it took a week for an open appt??? Ridiculous! But we show up anyway and they tell us the only guy who opens accounts "left on an emergency"...... so why didn't we receive a call to reschedule? The lady said that they tried calling but had the wrong number. I asked what number they have on file, because I can sense that what she was telling me wasn't truthful. She said she wasn't able to pull up our account to see so she would write down our number again to ensure it's the right one and the guy would call us back to reschedule. Well it's been a week now and no call. I don't understand why we would have to beg to be a customer here. What day and age to they live in? Closing all of our accounts, including our business account and going elsewhere. I won't tolerate this.

Pitiful! This big Chase branch with only one banker working as the teller at the same time tells you that she can't help you to open up an account coz it takes an hour and there's nobody else! I see more bankers in the smaller banks inside grocery stores. Why don't you just close shop.
