I went into Chase to meet Tyler to set up an account with JP Morgan. Tyler was VERY RUDE! Starting to raise his voice and told me this was not the right place for me. I'm absolutely shocked they would let someone like Tyler work at a financial institution. The rest of the staff is always friendly and helpful. I am really considering moving my funds from Chase because I had such a bad experience with Tyler.

I am moving ALL my money to another bank after the worst experiences ever. We have been customers for years and when I opened an additional business account it was closed TWICE without notice. its impossible to run a business when you bank account keeps getting closed. I have asked many times to be called back by the branch manager. Nothing. Will take my extensive business elsewhere.

Horrible service! I walked in at 4:30pm to open up a bank account and a lady with pink hair, Stephanie Hall said it takes about an hour that she would need to schedule me. (We all know it does not take an hour to open up a bank account.) I told her I have a job and have limited time. I had left work early to open up this bank account. She was very rude and dry and directed me to do it online. Clearly, this lady has no customer service skills and had no intention to do her job. Chase retrain your staff. I will also be calling corporate. She was so unprofessional.

I recently opened up an account. They needed my personal address. I informed them I can't get mail there and provided my mailing address as well. Sharon was having a serious case of the Monday's. I confirmed they had the right address on the mobile app. Two weeks later and still no debit card. I went to the bank and, sure enough, they sent it to the wrong address. I showed them proof that I provided the correct address. They were going to charge me a fee to resend it. I appealed to the manager. She stated that they "might" be able to reimburse it later. If they are doing this to me, they are charging you fees as well. Imagine all these small fees added up and into their pocket every month. I pulled my account.

I was referred to Chase in Truckee by my wife. She went in to pay her credit card and received such great service that she decided to leave our current Bank and move our accounts there. I was skeptical and decided to check for myself. Upon walking in the building I immediately was greeted by smiling faces, I have lived and Bank in Truckee for over 20 years and had never received such a warm welcome. Immediately I knew why my wife wanted to switch. I took an appointment with the banker Adelia and she took great care of me and my wife, the team took time to come and meet us and give a gift to my son. I have never been so please with a banking experience, what a nice change.

I typically don't write reviews but after reading the "woman hater" review below me I felt compelled to tell how the branch actually is - rather than some dramatic interaction that someone conjured up, I'm assuming, because she wasn't given what she wanted. I have been with Chase for years and was very excited to see that a branch was opening in my area! Every time that I have gone into the branch I have been warmly greeted, offered coffee and assisted above and beyond what I would normally expect. Keep in mind, I am a woman and did not have a man with me so I believe the other Yelper must have just been having a bad day and pinning it on these lovely ladies. I have spoken with friends and we all have had the same experience. My go-to banker is Adelia who has helped me numerous times with all my needs! The tellers are also so sweet and accommodating. My favorites are Daniella, Patty and Tiffany. Yes, I know their names and yes the remember mine! That's the kind of bank I want to be with. I hope this helps if anyone was confused by other reviews ;)

Ive been a chase customer for well over 10 years and when i went into this branch to get some questions answered and to pay my credit card bill, i was not treated very nicely by the women at this branch. I had to pay my credit card with another checking account number but they wouldn't let me pay because my mother was not present. Mind you i'm 31 and my name is on the account i wanted to use. They proceeded to tell me i am not allowed to use another account (which is lie) and that i was not able to get a fee waived (also, another lie) They wouldn't even look up the account and see for themselves that i am indeed on the account. They wouldn't help me in any way. As i am with these women, a man comes in asking about an account he wants to open up and they all ran over to HIM to help him in every way shape and form. It was gross. I left the branch and called chase customer service. Chase CS helped me within a matter of 5 minutes. They waived my fee, and helped me pay my credit card bill with my other account with no issues at all. Dont go to this branch if you are looking for help, options and guidance. Of course if you are a man, you will probably be helped just fine. As for me, ill never walk into that gross building again to be treated like i am less than any of those women that work there. Thank U, Next.
