Class gets hawt. In a great way, especially during this chilly winter months. I love that the first class is free (you have to purchase, but they use that $$ towards a future credit). It's pricey and would love if that price included free yoga mat, but you can rent mats for an additional price. No showers or any other features, however the 2 Vinyasa flow classes I have taken were really great, with really talented instructors. Classes were full and parking in the direct spots are limited, but overall, a really great yoga experience.

Great place to get a yoga class in. Super kind and knowledgeable. Warm but not smoking hot. Super good teachers. Very clean. Highly recommend this place.

Dropped in on a whim. I’m not a hardcore yogi by any means but Kelly created a warm and inviting space for me to expand my practice. Grateful and happy to return soon.

I had not been into a yoga studio in over 15 years. With all of my nerves and aches and pains, I had little expectation that one class would even make a difference. Right when I walked in, I was greeted by a wonderful smile and a very easy-going inviting atmosphere. Delana greeted me with a big smile and made me feel right at home. Her balance of knowledge and keeping the class and it's slow while also ensuring a little individual attention was perfect! The studio itself had a great feeling to it and Tastefully done with plenty of air flow. The package offerings are the way to go and certainly worth going!

I love Alpenflow. The teachers are great - ALL of them! I just had a great Ashtanga yoga class with Kelly. She makes this challenging sequence fun and approachable. Many stars and thanks to the teachers at this studio, you can tell they really really love what they do!

Big beautiful studio with great instructors every day of the week. A men’s and women’s locker room makes changing before and after class/storing your stuff easy.Filtered water is available in the lobby and there is plenty of parking on site. Highly recommend checking the place out.

I discovered Alpenflow about a year and a half ago at the recommendation of a friend of mine. It is such a beautiful, inclusive and safe space. The teachers are exceptional and they deeply care. You think that you are quietly walking in and quietly walking out without being noticed, but that's not so. They know your name and always say hello and check-in. It has become a reprieve for me. Mike, the owner, has done an exceptional job at making the studio safe during COVID. He has gone above and beyond. I don't go anywhere during COVID, but I will go here. I am grateful as both the Zoom classes and the in studio classes have helped me to navigate and maintain sanity during these incredibly challenging and transitional times. Thank you Alpenflow! Deep gratitude.
