This bank sucks when it comes to drive thru atm. It never works for some reasons.

11 days hold to cash a 4k check isn't that a bit excessive? I've never heard of people having to wait that long. Because it's from a different bank this is how chase treats their customer of years. The lady was unnecessarily suspicious of my boyfriend by her attitude. Possibly because he is a black man. You have an option to cash now or this? But oh you can't do this then don't ask him this why would you say it? His mom passed his sister's sold the house behind his back to the city this is the check went to go cash to deal with this mess. I will be going to the bbb if they don't pay. Then closing both our accounts to be with a bank who treats their customers with respect. He's cashed more and walked out the same day with other banks numerous times. It's just chase being unnecessarily EXTRA wouldn't give him $200 not even a cent.

That's crazy that customers aren't being helped when they come in to the bank. I've never had a problem but then I never go inside. I do everything online.

Went back inside two times to get helped the first time two rude workers said they “couldn’t help me” and sent me on my way. I didn’t want to argue so I called chase phone number and talked to someone who was very helpful and said that they didn’t understand why they would say they couldn’t help me if they had all the information needed (which they said they didn’t) . I went back inside to speak to them and ask why they weren’t willing to help me second and third person who helped me were very nice and very helpful nothing compared to the girl who worked in the window around 10:00 am on 12/30/23 she was VERY rude and acted like if I was beneath her. Didn’t even bother doing her job and acted like if there was nothing left to do to help me. Edith I believe her name was, was an amazing person very helpful and nice! Just because of her I will not give this place a 1 star.

It wasnt nice. The teller that helped was doing her job. I can say that. But they wouldnt cash a check for a person that had an account there. I dont no much about banking but I thought when you had an account that you could cash a check and I thought if you had money in the bank you could get it out.

Chase is always my go to Bank. Staff is always friendly. They are there to help you if needed. Went to the Chase Bank in Tulare to have a paper Notarized. Jay made my experience very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't thank him enough.

I walked in 20 minutes after opening asking to open a bank account and before checking a schedule, the teller told me they were booked and I could just open an account online. There was a total of 3 customers in the store when I was inside. The teller never offered to check with his manager to see if he could quickly open an account.

I had a good experience at first and I was happy. I had to ask for a debit card 2 times. But when I went to buy an $8.65 item I was denied 2 times. I then was transferred to the FRAUD Department. ( I didn't know it was a crime to buy food). I was transferred over 8 times. I am not happy I have spent over one hour dealing with this. I am rethinking about changing banks again.

after waiting a week for my appointment i showed up early 10mins before my appointment, my banker was working as a teller said she will be right with me. she got done with that. ya timer and told me she's going to help a customer with her account (something quick to do)i waited another 5 minutes then she helped me. we started the process to open my account she got what seemed a red flag and just told me she couldn't help me. i explained to her i had called the 800# and it's cleared there's no reason I shouldn't be able to bank with them. i asked her if she can call she said no. and seemed rushed as the line was growing for the tellers and they only had one cashier. she didn't give me the 800# i had to ask for it. she said she couldn't see why it didn't let her open my account. called the 800# and not one but three representatives told me all she had to do was call to get the overrride. and she knew exactly why it wasn't letting her finish opening my account. called and spoke to adriana last tuesday 1/25/22 she said manager will call me to clear this up and still hasn't. by far the worst expierence i've had. banker was stephanie martinez.
