Even looking at past reviews, this pharmacy has problems with being rude. I would highly recommend management completing a training course with their staff. I would not recommend this place, simply for the fact that they lack customer service and are extremely rude.

This pharmacy was awesome when first opened, but in the last year or so it's really changed. The customer service and compassion for patients just isn't there anymore, just rude treatment when you have to call or when the pharmacist is not within earshot when you go in. The worst part is not the attitude though, it's the fact that their common practice is to give 30 pills out of a script for 90 then when you inquire about the other 60 that is owed they claim that your prescription approval has expired and has to be approved thru the Dr again. Yet my mom's insurance got billed for a 90 count that was not fully received. I can't make that make sense.

I receive my prescriptions through the delivery program. I have difficulty receiving my prescriptions on time. For example I recently had surgery and got an infection from it and my physician prescribed antibiotics yesterday and didnt receive them today and won't till tuesday. In the past Ive been told on numerous occasions that they are short on drivers or all drivers have already gone out for the day. I remind them that's the whole I am on delivery service because I don't drive.

Don't appreciate a tongue lashing from the pharmacist when I'm desperately trying to get a prescription they have on backorder transferred to another pharmacy and they're treating me like a problem because the other pharmacy claims they haven't received it. I don't want to hear about how you fulfilled your "legal obligation", clearly you feel no moral obligation.

Good service but some of the girls are rude when you try to get your opioids….it’s a pain in the butt being on them in the first place, but be ready to be treated like a drug addict…. Sad and embarrassing….

Easy to find, parking is only 5 spaces give or take. Very nice employees here, reminds me of a Mom and Pop place. Wait time was only 10 min. I was picking up my mothers medication, and they keep your card on file so need to reach in your own pocket. They also home deliver.

Great service. Offer free delivery to customers. They even transport customers within a 30 minute radius to and from the Cutler Clinic located right next to the pharmacy. Overall, awesome place!
