My car tank overfilled; the censor did not stop the gas. The manager was called & she informed the owner, “Mr B” and him & a woman showed up 10 minutes after & berated me rudely on how I should’ve been paying closer attention to the pump & how their pumps are checked routinely. Instead of handling it in a professional way, they were rude & condescending. I told them there’s no way my car takes $85.99, even on empty, which it was not & I did not feel I should’ve been paying that much. They were very rude and unprofessional & did not agree to any sort of reimbursement. They would not give me their names or any information on who to contact above them. I have been a lifelong customer to this specific gas station for years & have never once been treated so rudely. I would’ve been more understanding had they not acted so unprofessional from the immediate start. They got out of the car and immediately started being rude. Zero introduction on who they were. This is absolutely not okay behavior for an owner.

They sell at the counter kratom in litter blue glass bottles, I bought four and only one was good the other three were thick with gritty stuff in them. I also bought a lottery ticket and the cashier told me he put everything in the bag but he didn't so I had to go back in and they had put it over on their side of the register.

On Friday I went to go pump gas first pump didn’t work so I went to the next one same thing it didn’t work I go inside buy a drink and pump and it didn’t work either to pay inside I realized they charged me $125 but I never pumped i didn’t even buy anything!!! I went back inside they said to wait a couple hours because their whole system broke down it’s Monday now I spoke to the owner and he said he couldn’t do anything about it!??? It’s very upsetting because it’s not just $20 it’s $125 what if those are someone’s last $125 and they can’t do anything about it? When it’s their store!!!!!
