I had recently been hired on as a dining services aide. The disrespect from management was very unprofessional. The questioning they do towards there employees without any merit behind it is dissatisfying to say the least.

My parent has been at this facility for 3 years. It's time to move him . The staff is not helpful. Would not call for an ambulance. The family was told they needed to call . It's a great place when you first move in and you don't need assistance. Once your parent is ailing and needs assistance. It is non existent.

My wife & I moved into Cypress in June 2019 and love it completely. The staff bend over backwards to care for our needs. My wife recently passed away and everyone is so great in helping at just the right time. I wouldn't live anywhere else. Days are filled with things to do so time is never dull.
