BMR insurance handles a wide variety of policies for myself and my clients. They have excellent communication, great response times, and help keep me organized with the ever-changing insurance industry. It is nice to have an office that I can trust with all of my insurance needs.

If there was a zero, I would give BMR Insurance Agency one. Their level of communication has not been the same over the last 2 years. Due to their lack to update my account pertaining my son being now in College. It took BMR two years to update after various calls. Mercury Insurance (carrier) sent me a non-renewal termination due to the car being a primary car stored in Texas. The vehicle is not in TX, it is in CA as I shipped it back 5.6.22 for Summer. BMR's lack of communication and poor sense of communication is the reason why I'm writing this review. Further, Diana Spinoglio has no sense of character, nor common sense; BMR dropped the ball. Had she done that, I would at least be okay with the fact that they owned up to their mistake. A simple apology would of made the difference. The explanation from Gary, owner @ BMR is incorrect about adding another car. To clarify, I called BMR on 3.30.22 about Mercury charging more due to BU aka Business use. My son's vehicle was never used for business. This is another mistake that troubled me. It was finally corrected and updated as per my emails to Gladys. Then, I inquired to get a quote about a BMW 340i. I explained to Gladys that this BMW would be replacing the 2019 Lexus, my son's car. I never intended to have 2 vehicles with Mercury. At that time, I should of been advised what Mercury's policy was on a primary vehicle. It was not explained. The whole explanation about primary vehicle needing to be in CA was just introduced when I got the non-renewal cancellation from the carrier. I requested the wording on the policy that reiterates the rule on primary vehicles. I'm still waiting for that, never got it. My point is that BMR is not worth my time nor money; hence I will be cancelling soon. Further, I will be filing a formal complaint to the insurance department and the better business bureau for their lack of communication.

They totally abandon their duty to their customers. A friend was insured through BMR and they let her policy lapse without contacting her at all. She’s one of the most responsible people i’ve ever met and in then5 years i’ve known her has never paid a bill late. I’ve never heard an agent so negligent to allow any of their customers to go uninsured without at least picking up a phone to warn them. Also look at the dates of their reviews. They appear to be generated.

The management company I was working with recommended BMR so I reached out. Gary got back to me very quickly and made the whole process very easy. I received a very reasonable quote and was able to get my COI within hours. I would strongly recommend BMR to anyone looking for a quick seamless experience.

I was introduced to BMR Insurance by my prior agent after he decided to step away from the insurance business. I’m grateful that he chose Gary Arch with BMR Insurance to take over his clientele. Gary has superseded my expectations in every way. He reached out to make a personal introduction, took the time to listen and understand my business and its insurance needs, worked hard to give me several different insurance coverage options, and was always prompt to reply to my questions by email.
