TERRIBLE. Clerk was not helpful at all. I tried to print labels and the computer would not validate using their system. Additionally it showed I was charged $5.00 for 5 minutes. I got home only to find out that they actually charged me $10.00. The WORST part was the clerk asking if he could sign into my Gmail and print it himself which was a HUGE RED FLAG ?. If I could give this store a 0 star review I would.

Printing fee is crazy. $10 for using internet about 5 minutes and printing one page.

We had a satisfying experience, although the employees are pretty slow. Other than that, the store is nice and clean.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this location. Customer service at this location was better than any UPS or FedEx I’ve ever been to. Both the gentleman clerks were helpful and answered questions truthfully.The computer it charges $3 for 3 minutes. For my experience, this is an average rate. A printed page for black and white ink was 20 cents. Make sure to have your label ready to print to not use the computer long.

The young man at the counter's personality was so dry and uninviting, talking to him felt like gritty sandpaper - no personality, no voice fluctuation, no willingness to assist a confused or misinformed customer. If assistance is needed with your UPS task, I would highly recommend another store as this one does not require people skills as a prerequisite for staff :-(

They charge 3$ dollar just for you acess your document. I never saw it before. Any UPS it’s like this. For print service I do not recommend it.

I went into the location to return my iPhone back to T-Mobile and arrived 15 minutes prior to UPS closing. The lady was super sweet and even suggested I go through my T-Mobile checklist as this was the first time I was using this type of service, so I extremely appreciate the service I received especially as I arrived close to closing time...so thank you. I thought, like every other UPS store that if I emailed the labels that they would print it out with a small fee. I emailed the labels and since there was only 1 computer and someone was on it for 15 minutes already, I thought like the other stores they would print it out for me. The owner said he would print it from his computer as a favor becausei would have to figure out my password anyway. It ended up coming out on the same exact printer as the if I would have used the other computer. The owner asked his employee to charge me almost 5$ for 2 labels instead of 80 cents like the other ups stores. The owner is a jerk!!!!!Not to mention parking is an absolute nightmare!! Will never go back!!

Not happy with them. I've hardly ever had a good experience at this location but I always want to give them another chance. I came to pick up some deliveries I had only to find out they rejected my orders not once but twice with no explanation. This place sucks. There is always an issue with them. ALWAYS.

Total Ripoff, just for 2 small boxes and very little bubble wrap, was charged $56. And was forced to buy that, as they wouldn't accept my box

This used to be my go to location for drop off until they brought new staff on who know nothing. As a business owner, I need to have the weight of each package listed on my drop off receipt as proof of drop off. The new staff that was recently hired doesn't know how to do this and I now get drop receipts with 0.00 weight listed for each item. The other two locations in Irvine have no issue with this... so my business will now be taken there. A call to CA weights and measures would fix this issue real fast.... I suggest you get in touch with the training department for franchise owners and learn how to correct this. The woman in front of me, also dropping off experienced the same frustration of not having the weight on the receipt. So this is not an isolated incident.
