This stores staff is the absolute greatest. I’ve been out of the area for quite some time now with other stores near me but I choose to stick with Mike and staff at this particular location.

This UPS store is extremely efficient. Every time I’ve gone in, my transactions have been seamless and easy. I highly recommend this place for anything - shipping, passport photos, purchasing envelopes, etc.

Joe the assistant manager is very efficient, professional and courteous to myself the customer as well as a complicated phone call I heard him manage very calmly and courteously. He answered all my questions and was not only very proficient for my live scanning appointment but has developed a positive company culture and calls customers by name as they enter. In my opinion, Joe has earned his position and has indications for promotion. Thank you for your service and creating positive businesses in the community. First review since 15 years in Google. This place is professional. Good to make you spend money Jesus. They seem to give you advice but they are making a robbery. Prepare your shipment and label first. Otherwise they will make you pay for real. (In a kind way)
