I have been to this location and South Coast Plaza (not the outlets) and the customer service is excellent. In this day and age, especially in retail, great service is hard to find so I need to commend it when I experience it. Two thumbs up to Vans!!

Great customer service by Ethan, bought my new Kyle Walker Pros in for a size swap and he was quick and professional about it too, suggested a half size up instead of a full size which was exactly what I needed. Great team member and another reason why I'm buying Vans for skate shoes from now on.

Clean store, quick service. The 1st time I asked for a certain shoe size they went in the back and said they didn't have it. I then checked online and it said they had it in stock so I made the representative go back and check again and they had it. Next time they should slow down search more.
