Went in to buy foundation which is Anastasia. Loved the associates at Penney's. Always approached to help. Walked around to the many different brands. There was a gaggle of associates in the back right corner socializing. Not one bothered to ask me if I needed assistance. I'll order online. Trying to buy locally but doesn't work in my case. Oh well.

during my two seperate visits to this sephora today i was pleasantly surprised by the genuine & welcoming care from both Kali & Keely. i was correctly color matched for 3 different products in which they were also extremely knowledgeable on! appreciate so much!!

Great customer service! We met Mateya and she helped with color matching foundation and finding new eye pencils. It is a Sephora at Kohls so there's a limited selection but the people who work there will help you find whatever you need (and maybe something better).

Always low on products variety is very slim tried to return a online purchase and was not able to do that at the Ukiah Sephora/kohls
