Living here is good just a little high for rent. My lease is coming up in November and hopefully they don’t overcharge me because I’m tired of moving every year. Parking here is a hell hole. People purposely take there cars out and park both cars at night and take up spots which sucks. I know the people who come in late and we have fight for parking (not literally fighting)!! I work late so it difficult sometimes. Amenities are nice. Just would’ve known from the beginning that they charge you for stainless steal appliances and countertops that they put in there. Hopefully I can remove that from my rent and be less expensive

I have lived here for a little over a year now and I am so happy with my choice. The grounds are clean at all times, the noise level is super low, you would think you are at a 55+ complex if you take an evening walk (which I love.) The neighbors are friendly or keep to themselves and I have never had an issue with packages going missing even after being on my doorstep all day. The staff and maintenance team are very nice. I only know a few since I never really have issues but they have all been so kind. Karina, Kayla, Perez and Fernando are professional and patient. The rent increase was a little steep but I couldn’t put a price on safety and cleanliness for my son and I. The parking availability is plentiful for yourself and guests as well which is a huge plus when coming home later in the evening. I love calling College Park our home. If you are debating between here and another complex in the surrounding area, choose College Park and you will have no regrets or stress. ?

I lived in College Park Apt in Upland for a year and have to say that I fully enjoyed my stay. I was always satisfied with how the managers and staff treated me. Their costumer service is A+ and "Unbeatable". On the first day, College Park even allowed me to look at a few one and two bedrooms to comfortably be able to make a decision, unlike other places where the staff gets tired after after showing one or two units. They were so patient with me. I was there probably for 2-3 hours, so I looked a few units. The staff was always friendly, very professional, and ready to assist me with anything I needed. Before I decided to move into College Park, I looked a lot of other apartments complexes in near cites and I have to say that College Park apartments clearly stood out tall by far. It was the easiest thing for me to make a final decision. Additionally, besides loving my clean and luxurious apartment, its view, having my own garage for this affordable rent and also the good neighbors, the second main reason was just simply because of the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I 'd like to send a special thank to one of the managers Jennifer Wilson for her kindness and professionalism, and Kayla for always responding to my inquiries right away, as well as a big thank you to Karina, Michelle, Fernando, Andrew, Joe, Ervine, Felton, Susan and Robert. I was actually not happy about leaving College Park after just one year, I really liked my stay there for longer but because of my job I had to move to San Francisco. The good thing is, at least now I know that in the future if I should move back to Southern California, which I am sure have to in a few months, College Park Apartments will be my always guaranteed No. 1 choice.

Karina was the leasing consultant who helped me out (definitely the best) and I liked it here. Can’t say enough good things about the staff here at college park, they’re very helpful and always there for whatever you’d need.

Just recently moved into the College Park Apt's. This is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. I enjoy the amenities they offer with everything well maintained. I appreciate Karina and the entire staff with the simple application process. They went well and beyond with all the questions and answers I needed. Made moving in easy! Nice to call this place home.

We lived there for a year, overall it was an ok experience, the grounds are well kept, the garden outside the community is very nice and the neighborhood is walkable.On the second day of living there our bikes were stolen, we also had to deal with that on our own, the police officer that camementioned that this happens all the time and they come often to file reports.The staff is kind of rude, very nice at the beginning, after you sign the attitude is different.Also there are plenty of parties and loud music happening at night on any weekday.

I moved to College Park apartments a few months ago and I am extremely glad I did. The units are all very nice and clean. Well structured, and luxurious. Each unit comes with a washer and dryer and a garage which helps a lot if you have a second car or belongings you want to store. I looked at a lot of apartment complexes in the area before making a decision but College Park was BY FAR the best option with the most affordable prices. In particular, the managers Alexis and Bryan were very helpful allowing me to view as many empty units as I wanted, to choose the apartment I liked the most. I think I looked at 5 or 6 before I chose mine. I call that professionalism. I also like to thank Christian and Kayla for being ready to assist with anything needed. Great staff. I would give it 100 stars if there were that many. I definitely recommend College Park Apartments. 100 A+

From easing the lease process to accelerating my move-in within a tight timeframe, Brian's dedication has been exceptional.
