Never been here but went in based on reviews. Got there first thing in the morning. First off The Man seemed bothered I entered, no good morning, & I was a little intimidated to even ask a question. All I needed was to get a small closure clasp placed above a zipper on a new dress because the zipper would not stay closed. Zipper was not broken, new dress for prom, dress did not fit tight but zipper would come undone very easily. He right away said no it needs to be replaced, and did not even look at it. So I then dared to ask how long would that take and it was as if I was asking a ridiculous question. His reply with disgust was " Well first I have to see if I can find the zipper to match." I went up the street on Foothill to Arlettes Cleaners and the lady was so nice and immediately said that's all it needed. Dress was ready in 2 day's, issue fixed. A new zipper would of cost at least $50 instead I paid close to nothing. In my opinion her service and friendliness would've been worth $50 alone. My daughter and I are relieved her new perfect prom dress is ready to go.

I needed to get three suit jackets dry cleaned for a conference this weekend, but didn't know where to go. I asked my family if they had any recommendations and they suggested USA cleaners and have been going here for years. It's a little out of my way but figured I'd give it a shot. When I arrived I was nicely greeted by Steve! I let him know I needed them by Friday and he said they only needed until Wednesday. I got a text Wednesday to pick them up around noon and when I got there he remembered my name and had everything ready to go! Prices were great and Steve made the experience positive and easy. I will definitely be back because of his customer service and efficiency! Thank you!

Very friendly service. 2 dresses and a Pea Coat was $29. It was worth it because my jacket had become a lint catcher for my ponchos.

I have used this cleaners off and on through the years based on where I was living at the time. I recently went back and was pleasantly surprised that Steve and his wife still own this place. I really like this place because Steve's wife does a great job with alterations. They have a dressing room and can fit and measure you on the premises, which is a plus. I would call first and make sure Steve's wife is there because she is the one who does the measuring. Steve is a really nice guy and always helpful. He even comes out sometimes and brings you the clothes. Prices are reasonable and clothes always come out nicely cleaned and pressed. I highly recommend this place.

The gentleman in the front was very courteous. Helped with my coat I brought in to have the sleeves altered. I needed it by a certain day , he promised it would ready, to my surprise it was a day earlier than I needed it. Thank you so the alteration was perfect

Steve and crew are amazing, always on time, clothes are beautiful. Steve's memory is awesome, he has my clothes hanging up front when I walk in. Best cleaners I have ever used.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't use this cleaners!!! The Man that runs the front counter is SOOOOOO horribly RUDE!!! My experience was beyond AWFUL!!!! I kindly asked for his name and he wouldn't give it to me. Strange for a business owner to not give out their name! SAVE YOURSELF A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I've been going here for years. The owners are a husband and wife, from South Korea (I think). They're very decent folk who do a good job. My previous cleaner was cheaper, but my shirts just didn't seem clean.The wife does the alterations and I've never had any problems with her work. I'm glad to have them handle my dry-cleaning needs.

Superior Customer service!! Inland Empires best dry cleaners with alterations!! Wonderful husband and wife local business. We're always greeted by our first names!! Had our sons USMC dress blues and Service Alphas uniform altered. We are beyond pleased!!
