All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The store was well organized and had a large selection of items. Next time we will be shooting at the indoor shooting range.

Staff who seem annoyed that you are even there and have no interest in helping.
Range staff are good so maybe just different crews. Prices are way outside anywhere else. There are better gear shops.

Perfect service, all staff are incredibly knowledgeable, kind and take their time to get customers exactly what they’re looking for. Purchased, then broke ‘em in at the range downstairs when we picked up. Thank you guys for a great experience! My husband and I will be coming back again soon!

What a horrible experience! Staff is rude, condescending and ignorant in gun safety. I will never spend my money at this business again. Wish I read the reviews before wasting my time.

Ammo guy wouldn't sell me ammo because apparently according to him the firearm has to be registered to me and I can't buy ammo for my brothers rifle. This guy is a joke to elsewhere. I literally went up the street to big 5 and bought ammo after he wouldn't sell it to me. Deserves 0 stars for uneducated sales people.

I have been in here a few times. Purchased my first pistol, ammo, and accessories. I did get 30 minutes free range time with my purchase, but I have yet to go to the range. With my limited knowledge, I found the staff very helpful. John and Sam were very nice. I can't remember the other guy's name when I came in for ammo, but he was ex military and very helpful. It was nice talking to him.

Mr. Travis and the staff there are amazing. I've taken classes, gotten recommendations on a fire arm, and so much more. I am so glad I found this place

5 stars for Kurtis. Was a first time shooter and was pretty nervous. I didn't really know which to pick so he recommended a xd-9 I believe and a p365 for many future concealed carry options. Had an amazing time he even helped me without with my stance and recoil control. Only bad time I had is when I first got there to sign up, I didn't get his name but he's Asian and smokes. Wasn't the most welcoming compared to Kurtis. He didn't even like me asking questions or asking for the wait time. If you go and see him get ready for a RBF and an unwelcoming time. If you see anyone else, your golden and bound for a great time like I had

Came to the shooting range, which I haven't shot a gun in over 20 years. The associate in the shooting range came into the area, to show me how to properly handle the gun. Wonderful customer service, he also detailed which gun was what, and recommended something small since I was inexperienced

1 older gentlemen in the firearms area upstairs is a real sweet man, but as for literally everyone else who works there are rude and impatient and intolerant to new fire arm owners, they made buying my first handgun a little over a year ago seem so intimidating and also spoke down to me like they had no interest in helping. I'm glad I've taken ny business else where to a much better firearm environment I recommend ASP ARMORY 100% amazing friendly and helpful people, this place has a bad reputation here and it's well deserved

Only reason for 1 and not 0 stars is because it is easy to go in and shoot. However, the staff, especially in the basement are horrendous. I got eye rolls and teeth sucking when my dad signed up. He asked the gentleman where to sign, and because he had told my dad a minute earlier he felt it was necessary to be incredibly rude. My dad was super nice and there was no reason to act like this. They are prissy little beta males. The guy with the lazy eye is the worst. Along with the young man in there, I hope these honest 1 star reviews about your services will help in the future. You guys are basically the only public range for people that don't own a gun or permit to come off the streets and practice and have a good time shooting, and you know that so you treat everyone that isn't a cop or highly gun intelligent like shi/!

First time going to the range as a first time shooter. The process was fast and easy. It can be a lil intimidating but I enjoyed myself. Will be back again.

This place is stuck in 1994 I showed up to use the range and it was closed. Lady told me look at our signs outside we close at 5:45 yet online it clearly states 6:45. Wasted my time driving there
