Alll of the good reviews are very well deserved. That's what made me go to them. They did a tuneup/repair on my car today and it went great; Nestor wrote it up and kept me posted via phone about the price estimate and time to pick up the car. They even adjusted the tire pressure at no charge . As arranged, they brought it over to Gene's Transmission two doors down and he changed the tranny fluid . Was nice to pay Nestor then pay Gene and drive off the lot happy. Vaca Valley Auto Care also does full service oil changes and im planning on bringing the car in in a few months for that.

My Ford Excursion was having AC issues of not blowing cold air. I was referred from another shop to contact Vaca Valley Auto Care. I was met by Nester and I explained my issues with my AC. Nester was upfront of what it may need and the possibile cost. While waiting in the shop Nester and the other staff were very welcoming and professional. Nester was able to get my AC blowing cold and I discussed other maintenance I need. I will absolutely utilize Vaca Valley Auto for all my future vehicle repairs.Thanks Nester for all of your help!

My windshield wipers were broken. The rain was really bad. They took me right in did a good job. Fixing my windshield wipers at a good price, they were the nicest people I've ever met. I will surely be back!

I brought my car to Nestor with a few issues, he determined it was transmission related and while they don't work on transmissions, he has a working relationship with Gene's Transmission next door. He called to let me know what was going on, then called Gene's and explained it to them, then walked the keys over to Gene's. There was no charge for the test drive and I didn't have to run down and take my car to a different shop. Nestor's customer service is top tier and we will be returning customers!

My car had several error codes appear. After taking it to a different shop, the error code was present again within an hour of leaving. I attempted to go back to the original shop, they couldn't fit me in. I felt like I was about to get the run around !! I called Vaca Valley Auto Care, the gentleman with excellent customer service stated I could bring it in and although he had a full schedule, he would try to fit us in. Well, he was able to assess the problem and stated it is a manufacture warranty issue. He could have taken advantage of the situation, but He did not charge me and knew exactly what the problem was. His diagnosis was spot on. I took it to the manufacturer and it was repaired the following day. Thank you for the great advice, honesty and excellent customer service!! Definitely will be returning in the event I need auto repair!!

Best place to take your car to get fixed. Nestor is so responsable and in top of his game. The price is amazing and he will always recommend what is best for you and not for them. Like my car glass fell over 4 times. They fixed it 4 times. Only charged me once the first time and they just keep trying making it work until we found out it was a Honda part error.
