I called to cancel my Storage appointment with Storage Star due to receiving what I believed was the best deal at another company and was talked into cancelling that deal for THE BETTER deal from Cinnamon. I took care of my paperwork site unseen and she made sure I could accommodate my movers who would be there 2 hours before the store opened the next morning . Thank you for showing me my business matters and thank you for listening to be sure I got what I NEEDED. You are the best Cinnamon ! Thank you again .

I’ve rented storage space here several times over the years. The facility is always kept clean. I’ve always appreciated the air conditioned units. I highly recommend Storage Star.

Cinnamon, was amazing, understanding, welcoming, and professional. Also, she's a dog lover, and our dogs loved her!!
The office environment was clean and vibrant.
The unit that I rent is a decent size for the price. I truly recommend this storage place.
If any of you are looking for a storage unit to rent, I truly recommend this location, just contact them and ask for Cinnamon.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this storage facility. My unit was broken into, and over $12,000 worth of my belongings were stolen. What makes this even more upsetting is that the facility was already aware of the disgruntled renter who committed the break-in, yet they failed to take proper preventative measures to protect other tenants' property.
This situation could and should have been prevented if the facility had taken appropriate action when they became aware of the threat.
To make matters worse, the insurance offered through the facility only covers up to $2,000 in losses-leaving me responsible for the majority of my stolen property.
As a paying customer, I entrusted this business with the safety of my belongings, and they did not uphold their responsibility. I would strongly caution anyone considering storing their valuables here to think twice, as the lack of adequate security, failure to act, and minimal insurance coverage have caused me significant financial and emotional stress.

It was a very positive experience. The attendant was very friendly, the whole place was very clean and overall it was great. I rented there before and when the need arose again, I knew just where to go for my storage needs!
