READ FIRST BEFORE GOING. Very surprised how this place has a 4-star rating, and not 1 star. We bought break pads and rotors from this place. The guy at the front said they would accept returns, and gave a warranty for 1 year. Within a couple of months, the rotors started wobbling and creating noise. When we went back to return, the associate, Scott, rudely said if we had returned within 1 week, he would have returned the money and that he can’t do anything about it. He said that the 1 year warranty was just for part replacement and that he couldn't even give back store credit! Either the store associates are not trained enough to inform the customers about the specifications of the warranty of the parts before purchase, or Scott didn't want to refund us. The store needs to learn customer service or atleast show they care about customers. Very dissatisfied with the service. I would've given 3 stars had the staff been more professional

I was hung up on twice trying to buy brake parts for my car by some lady that answered the phone and apparently couldn't hear me. I called her back a second time to tell her I was looking for rotors and brake pads for my Ford. She asked me "front or rear or all around?" I said, 'all around'. She asked me a second time, "front or rear?". I said, 'all around'. CLICK! She hung up the phone. It happened that quick and was so unexpected.
