Ive been going here for years. They've given my brand new kittens their shots, they gave my oldest his final exam. You can trust them. I can afford their care. In the end, that's all that matters to me. Recommended.

New to the area and so happy I found Best Friends Animal Hospital for my cat! Booked for a general health check and for flea medication. Dr. Heim was lovely! So compassionate and took her time examining my cat and asking questions about him. Nothing felt rushed or unnecessary. She made a health plan for him and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Pricing is fair and not pushy. The staff is wonderful and everyone was kind when speaking to me and handling my cat. I won’t be trying other vets as I found the best one for my boy!

I love Best Friends, and now that we go here I’ll never go anywhere else. Every vet we’ve ever seen has been kind and attentive with our cat, and the whole staff really go above and beyond when possible to help us out. I love how caring and personal going to Best Friends feels, after having some less than great experiences in the past. Thank you BFAH!

I’ve been going to Best Friends for almost 20 years. This week I took my cat Pax in where he was treated by Dr. Heim. She was so wonderful. He got the works! And, he’s been so happy since we got him with clean ears, clean other things and yummy new food. Thank you!

Every vet I have seen here is very thorough, caring, and attentive to deal. My cat is very anxious and vet visits are difficult and scary for her but I completely trust the staff here to handle her and take care of her. They always follow up after visits and the doctors explain everything well.

Dr. Vaughan has taken care of my two cats for almost 5 years. She is an excellent veterinarian and I trust her completely. When I am unable to see Dr. Vaughan, the other veterinarians who I have also seen at Best Friends are consummate professionals and great at what they do. BFAH is a great vet office - they are professional, punctual and clean. They have squeezed my cats in for emergency appointments on more than one occasion and I am very appreciative of that. It’s an excellent choice to take your beloved fur babies if you live in the LA area. You can trust they will do a great job and charge a fair price.

They literally Traumatized my cat, me, have no regard for people's schedules and when management changed last year went completely downhill in care. The staff is highly untrained and unprofessional and the behind the exam rooms is total chaos. They do not keep animals separated properly. They do not know basic training on how to deal with the animals or even in stressful situations which is literally their job? Both of my cats and my sisters cats health have rapidly declined over the last year after trying to go to this place. Do not be fooled. Only one person out of the 20 people who work there has any competence. And I actually don't think she is there anymore either.

This place is absolutely amazing. They are so caring and loving with the animals and really want to help ensure that they’re taken care of. I’ve gone to this place multiple times with our dog and never have I been more impressed by a veterinarian. They’ve helped me out on multiple occasions when my budget was tight and couldn’t afford what was needed.

Finally, I have a vet clinic I can trust. Best experience I've had with a vet in a long time. Everybody was extremely nice and caring and the vet I saw (Dr. Osmundson) was extremely kind and thorough. She personally called back two days later to issue good news with the lab results.

I really really appreciated Dr. West's thoroughness and sensitivity with my cat. The clinic was clearly busy but he still took his time to examine her and listen to me. Grateful to establish her care here!

I’ve taken both my senior dogs (13 and 18 yrs) and I just took my cat (3 yrs) and each time I’ve gone the vets have been very knowledgeable, kind, caring, gentle, patient and overall provide really great care and service. The nurses and all staff members have also been kind and very helpful.

Everyone here is so kind. Lovely vets and a very welcoming feeling. Wait was a little long but I think it was because I came after lunch but truly such a great place!
