  Unprofessional. Cancels appointments. Tries to get you to come in hours before your allotted appointment and will cancel you if you cant. Will leave early without notice. Just very unprofessional business

  I made an appointment on the website, Tommy confirmed it was booked, and just hours before my appointment she cancelled with no warning and no remorse. I told her I had somewhere to be and she didn't care and instead just said she was "leaving early" .. don't even bother making an appointment. She's unprofessional and does not honor her appointments anyway. Very embarrassing for a business owner. Wish I could give zero stars. Avoid at all costs.

  Tommy is the best! She is the only person i trust with my brows and have been coming to her for over 5 years after growing my eyebrows out after someone else ruined them. She always makes them look perfect for my face shape. She's one of the sweetest people i have ever come across and is always asking about things we talked about last time. If you are debating on Tommy i promise she's the best!
