This place rocks. It's neat, organized, and has a large variety of products. It also has cool things like a frozen yogurt dispenser, jelly belly station, a miniature claw toy thing - even a cafe inside it!! (Their pastrami panini was amazing) Going there felt more like a miniature amusement park. ?? ?

I’ve been going to this market for years, through different owners, and I can say that the current owner is the best.Lucky is a charming person who gets to know his customers and cares about them.Walter is kind and a sports fan like myself, so we shoot the breeze about our mutual favorite teams.

I love having this little convenience store in my neighborhood. Stocked with a variety of quality items you might need to grab last minute and everyone is always friendly.

Friendly shop- I usually pop by while doing laundry for coffee, a scratcher and a snack. People are friendly and they've made a lot of upgrades to make it welcoming, clean and a nice stop. I love the sandwich shop, and they've contracted with someone in the area that sticks the cases with good options for snacks.

I love this shop. Great selection of wines, liquor, and snacks. There's also frozen yogurt for the kids and food from their Black Rabbit Cafe if you're hungry. Ample parking and clean inside. Service is excellent and ambiance is chill and unique.

This place is a lot more than a convenience store, It's a friendly, well-stocked and well-staffed specialty store. They have EVERYTHING from top shelf liquor to frozen yogurt to amazing sandwiches. I've lived in N Hollywood for many years and this is the closest I've found to the old corner stores of my youth growing up in New York. It's got the feel of a community. Check it out and say hello to Lucky and Walter for me.

I have been going to this mini market for years, and I am so inspired to see how the owner just keeps making it better. It's has a deli that is amazing, frozen yogurt, a great wine/liquor/sake selection, plus all the essentials when I don't want to make a trip to a major store. There's always parking available, and an ATM. Everyone who works there is really friendly. It's a mash up between a small town neighborhood store, and a swanky bodega. Love this place!

Love this place and all the friendly employees! I usually stop in for beer, ice, snacks, and occasionally to pick up my UPS package, but I finally had the opportunity to order a sandwich from the Black Rabbit sandwich shop that recently opened up inside. I now have a new favorite sandwich shop!!! Do yourself a favor and try their sandwiches and potato salad! Nice variety of beer, wine, booze and plenty of other tasty items! $1, $2, & $3 single beers? Who does that? This place! Great Market!!! Next, I will try the frozen yogurt...!!!

Fro-yo girl here. Abyss Market was known as Fast Stop Mini Market. Late last year, they changed the name to Abyss Market and they've been transforming into a food destination. I'm not sure if ownership also changed. Abyss Market added the Black Rabbit Café late last year. Then, "the dopest liquor store in North Hollywood," added self-serve froyo in February 2022. The froyo and toppings are certified kosher, with two Cholov Yisroel flavors from Klein's and the other 8 kosher flavors from Dannon YoCream.Froyo flavors of the day:* Klein's chocolate* Klein's vanilla: impressively thick and creamy, like ice cream, mild vanilla flavor* Cookies n' cream* Cotton candy* Strawberry* Stok coffee gelato* Dulce de leche* Original tart* Pomegranate raspberry sorbet* Watermelon sorbetThe toppings bar was small and did not include any fresh fruit. For toppings they had candy, nuts, cereal, cookies, sprinkles, and chocolate chips. But for a liquor store froyo set up, it was very clean. The toppings were covered and labeled. They even provided gloves. It's 70 cents an ounce, more expensive than average but everything is kosher. Menchie's in Valley Village is 62 cents an ounce and their froyo is kosher, but not all their toppings are kosher. You know you love me. X0 X0, fro-yo girl.
