I ordered something for a loved one from IKEA and I was given a 12/24 date to pick up from Ship n Box Depot (just in time for Christmas). Ship n Box Depot showed they would be open on 12/24, so I thought it would work perfectly.
Attempt #1: 12/24. Website did not show Ship N Box Depot would be closed on Christmas Eve. Drove here during normal business hours to see a sign on the door showing it would be closed on 12/24. So I was not able to give that gift for Christmas.
Attempt #2: 12/28. Drove back here as it showed they would be open until 2pm. Only to see a sign on the door reading that they would be closed on 12/28. Again, not on the website.
Attempt #3: 12/30. Left work in the middle of the work day to again try to pick up the package. 1pm on a Monday, they should be open, right? WRONG. Closed again. This time they didn't bother even putting up a sign.
I called IKEA, cancelled my order and re-ordered to just have it delivered directly to me. The fact that IKEA would choose to do any sort of business with these morons only cheapens the quality of customer service that is expected with IKEA.
Save your time, energy, money, the gas in your car, don't even bother calling them because they're not going to answer the phone and they don't have an answering machine so you can't even leave a message (seriously, it's almost 2025! Seriously?!)
It not worth it. Just don't do any business with these bums.

I've always had a pleasant experience when returning packages via UPS. I've never had a lost or package damaged and the owner is very friendly and helpful.

The person working, Mike, over charged me by $100. $25 for a cleaning fee that he said he wouldn't charge me if I came and got the bag which I did. But still charged me. Then charged me $75 for gas fee and 6 gallons of gas. Mike said I did not return the truck with a quarter tank BUT I DID NOT RENT THE TRUCK WITH A QUARTER TANK. I have the photos to prove it. I showed him the photo of the gas tank clearly under the quarter tank mark and the photo is time stamped. He said it's not valid because HE CANNOT SEE THE QUARTER TANK LINE IN MY PHOTO. it was taken at the wrong angle. You be the judge. I will be contacting his supervisor in hopes to be reimbursed for this fraud.

Scheduled a pickup Sunday morning for earlier in the week through the Uhaul website. Friday morning I get a call saying that they are closed for Sunday and I can either pick it up saturday and pay for the extra day or cancel. I call them back, no one picks up. I check the Uhaul website see that "A Ship N' Box" has already changed my order to Saturday. Unable to change it and they wont pickup. If they were unable to provide on Sunday it should not have been an option. If they are also cancelling they should cancel rather than reschedule and not answer communication attempts. I dont recommend this place and wont be using them again.

I don't quite understand some of the other reviews. You have two guys trying to run a small business these days without overstaffing. I'm sure they can go for hours with no one walking in, and then a Uhaul rental request can hold them up with one person for a while. That would be hard to staff well. Truthfully, they are generally nice and even when they are busy they attempt to be helpful. They are one of the only places around that do such a wide variety of shipping options and packaging and mail miscellaneous. I am very thankful they are here and I hope their business thrives.
