I was looking for a place to fix my laptop screen. I was referred over to CPR. Very nice shop. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable
It did take a little more time then estimated
but it was worth the wait. once I picked up my computer it worked fine. I cant give a 5 star becuase my charger was misplaced the gentleman said they did spring cleaning and didn't know where it was placed.He said I could charge it with a different type of charger did not work. He was to order a replacement will see i get replacement

I’m very happy with the way they helped me out. They are very friendly people. Went the extra mile to solve my phone issue. They’re not here to rip you off like other phone repair services. Excellent customer service! Brought my iPhone 11 to get the screen repaired and they did a great job and even included a 90 day warranty for factory defects. They fixed it within 20 minutes and were way cheaper than 3 other stores I called to get a price. Thank you!

They took me right away and put on my screen to my iPhone. The only thing is when I got home the screen was already lifting off of my phone. However, I did go back the next day and they fixed it with a new screen.

Took my phone there to have the charger port replaced my son looked at it said mom it's the wrong the charger port ..I called they Said no its fine..I should of listened to my son because my phone stopped charging 1 week after I spent 75 to get it "Fixed" never again will I go back there I kept calling and calling them and they never picked up my calls

I purchased a screen protector with a lifetime warranty! It ripped in 2 places and they would not replace it! Beware you $$$$ for a product and they wanted to sell me another one.

Customer service was pretty basic, aside from billing me wrong. The service was quick but their products are below standard, I did inquire before and was hesitantly told they were high quality, not even a day passed after having my screen replaced that i started to see serious issues with the new replacement, the screen would randomly white out or would suddenly stop being responsive, my fears were realized that the parts they used were flimsy ebay ones, I did not bother on going back to have them rectify it considering their parts are do not meet the standard. Thats 85 down the drain...
