Andrea or who ever is supposed to be at the from was no where in sight when I walked in and after sitting down for a couple of minutes a group of people walked in. then she came out and put them all down for appointments. I walked up during this to find out I now had to wait till everyone was taken care of before I could see someone. then she lied saying they had an appointment(I asked them, they didn't) which had me almost close my account and go to chase. However one worker Ashley saw I was wait before them and came up to me and helped me with my card. I'm glad some people still know how to do their jobs and have excellent customer service

I had a very bad experience at an ATM on the right side of the car and I tried to withdraw $600 from my account and they didn't give me a check and they told me if they had given me a check and I had to make a claim to get my money back and they said It takes 2 to 10 days and this is unfair, they work with our money and they don't care if you have an Emergency. This has never happened to me but in Victorville it usually happens.
This was yesterday may 15, 2024 please have carefully or all person have report this incidents.

Well, this bank hasn't improved!!! I have 4 business accounts and HAD 1 savings account here. They told me I had to pay $100 for 2 cashier's checks. I have never had to pay for them before. The manager said if I want to open a checking account she'll waive the fee, or I could transfer money to my business account and get the checks for free. Ok, let's inconvenience the customer and make them open a new account, apply for a debit card or transfer monies to get a free cashier's check. No, I'm not jumping through your hoops to save a $100!!! Instead, I withdrew the money from this account and will now gain $3,000 for opening a new account with Chase 🤑 They continue to inconvenience their customers. I told the teller to close the account, but she said I had to call customer service to do that. She also said to clise the business accounts I could only transfer money by cashier's check ($100). According to customer service that is not true. I can comboline all monies and wire transfer up to a million dollars for $30. As soon as my outstanding payments clear I will transfer the business accounts and be done with BOA.

Standing in lines that wrap around the outside of the building is beyond ridiculous!!! Is Bank of America aware that businesses are open now??? Why are they closing down numerous branches and cutting hours??? They definitely are not business friendly!!! Merchant windows are closed and their hours of operation don't coincide with those of business owners. I set up an account with Chase and they told me they are getting numerous Bank of America customers coming to them because of the closures and the change in operating hours. It felt good to walk into a bank with no line. All of my other bank accounts are doing business as usual. Why is Bank of America an exception to the rule?????

Aller, my son wanted to change his check because he had to pay something and they didn't want to change it because he didn't have any money but the cash he needed was only 600 dollars. I don't think a bank doesn't have this amount, there they don't mention you at all as they work. because they have them but they are not friendly, they don't help you at all when you come in you have to look for someone to help you
