We just experience a bad experience with the manager at this place. This place is not child friendly and I do not recommend it because the way they treat children. I was asked by the manager to take my son, who is 18 months old, outside. Be mindful that the day and time that this happened, the sun was brutally hot.
I understand that there’s a policy to not allow children to be inside their salon, but we are first time customers and we were never told that such outrageous policy exist. We used to travel down the hill for the hair treatment of my wife and decided to give this salon a try, but right on the first time we experience this. Many places never make this absurd policy, on the contrary, they offer treats for kids and encourage parents to bring them just to make more money. The manager is the adult here, how can you refuse service over a child. It is the way the manager expressed her policy making it seem as if my son was an animal who belongs outside, and animals are not meant to be outside on hot weather. Customers is what drives any business. I am a manager myself and if I can’t accommodate customers need to retain customers, I would be careful on the way I say things as I do not want to lose customers. This was unacceptable. I went to get hair done with Michelle Bruno, asked if she could do my hair like the picture and my hair looks nothing alike is so embarrassing have to walk around with my hair looking that bad, doesn’t even look like if it was done by a professional. A dye box would have done a better job.

I just visited Mirror Mirror for the first time today. My color was a mess going in, and perfect when I left!! My hair stylist, Michelle, was wonderful! Everyone there is super friendly, and the entire salon has a positive vibe! I will be going there from now on, and recommend them highly!!

I should've read the reviews before I made the appointment with Jessica Brown. woman are trying to warn people on the reviews..... anyways, the cut was OK. The color was not.....the professionalism was not The F word was thrown around every other word, and she refuses to redo my hair by canceling an appointment At the last minute, just all around bad experience I even gave her a twenty dollar tip (anyone know a good hairstylist)

Been coming here for a while now, love all the girlies here...not to mention how cute the Salon itself is! Jackie personally had been doing mine & my girl's hair for a while. Helped fix many "at home hair mistakes". I've always loved the outcome!

I went in to have my hair cut in an A-line style. The stylist Hannah started with my shoulder length hair and managed to mess it up so bad that a second stylist ended up leaving my hair at a very short length due to the many mistakes that the first one did, such as uneven cuts, long hairs and no defined shape. This experience has left me very disappointed and sad. I would not recommend this place.Service: Haircut

I went in for a much needed trim and to my surprise, with such short notice I was able to get a same day appointment. The stylist who did my hair (Charlotte) was very professional and an expert at her craft. I new that I needed a proper haircut and her work exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was great and the reception was inviting. I am very pleased and I would confidently recommend this salon.

First time client. Stylist was nice and friendly, so I will not name. Did not know what she was doing. Used a light brown color on gray roots that eventually turned Yellow. Yes yellow! The color stained my face to the point the doctor thought i had jaundice. LOL. Gave me a blunt cut instead of the layers I requested. INCREASED the price of the color and cut AFTER she had cut and applied the color. By $60.00. Paid $150.00 I was not happy. Went to pay with my debit card and she said no, cash only!! I had to leave, find a bank and drive ack. My hair is still a mess with yellow streaks. OH YES, they GOSSIP. As soon as clients left they ripped on them, it was very uncomfortable to hear such rude, mean comments. If you are a regular, you are being talked about behind your back.

Sunnie does great hair there, she's my hairstylist. Also, Kali does excellent eyelash extensions. Would highly recommend.
