Cassie was very pleasant at first she pushed through my paperwork. I was approved fast when I moved in the unit a year ago the swamp cooler wasn’t working for the first month. She said
Sent someone that wasn’t qualified to fix the swamp cooler. It worked into it didn’t work. I have complained about my health conditions repeatedly since I’ve moved here in Barstow. We’re in three digit weather and to not have an operating swamp cooler. It’s unhealthy. It is also a roach problem that I’ve complained about since moving here that has not been addressed in these homeless people that’s living around here because they refuse to put a gate around their properly. I found a cracked pipe on my patio two days ago. this is crazy. I don’t recommend.

This property management company is unethical and does not follow California rental laws. They work with a realtor named Cassandra Janine Martin, who has created false documents to try and pressure tenants into moving out early. These documents are generated using a website called Lwolf.com, which is meant for sample templates—not legal documents—and they are not reviewed by attorneys.
They rely on intimidation tactics and scare tenants into paying extra fees or agreeing to unfair terms. According to California Civil Code §1950.5(g)(1), landlords have 21 days to provide an itemized list of deductions and receipts for any security deposit withheld. This company does not comply with that legal requirement.
I’ve reported Cassandra Janine Martin to the California Department of Real Estate for her conduct. If you're dealing with this company, do not pay anything unless they take you to court. Protect your rights—this is a crooked operation that tries to take advantage of tenants who don’t know the law.
Avoid at all costs.

Warning do not deal with this company the worst company I have ever dealt with me and my ex wife ended up getting a separation And she ended up getting kicked out of our house and this company decided to not notify me and to throw all of my belongings away and will not respond back to me At this point I am taking legal actions against this company So please stay away from this company it's a bad company they do not know how to Deal with their own business

Nabeel and Cassie are second to none in the property management business. While they are very quick and professional, they treat you like family, just like the name of the company. They also treat both landlords and tenants with respect and dignity and they are very upfront and honest. I am very fortunate to have them to manage my property. Strongly recommended.

Paradise Family rented me a very nice house on 2.3 acres. Over the years Nabeel has become a friend and not just a property manager. He helped me to move in within a matter of days. He always answered my text and call whenever I had questions. He was always there. He acted more like a friend than a property manager and we actually still talk to this day. I do recommend anyone looking to rent or buy give Paradise Family a try. They will treat you in a matter of how they treat themselves and for that they get my 10 stars!

Current/future tenants BEWARE! This business operates in a dishonest and unprofessional way. Our move-out experience was unpleasant, to say the least. We gave notice to vacate more than 30 days ahead of time, via text and certified letter. We provided a forwarding address for our deposit to be mailed back to us. When the 21 day deadline had passed, we had to ask that our deposit be sent to us. When it arrived 6 days past the deadline, the “itemized deductions” were incorrect. We were charged for illegal cleaning fees and our pet deposit was withheld, without any itemization or mention of it. The invoices attached were supposedly from different companies but looked nearly identical, aside from font changes. When we asked for contact information for the companies because we were unable to find any information about them, Paradise refused, even though we are legally entitled to that information.After much back and forth for several more days, which required us to educate this company on California law, we received our deposit back.Know your rights and responsibilities! Do not let this company take advantage of you. A deposit is not a windfall for the company or property owner - it is your money! If you leave the home in the same condition you received it (or better), you cannot be charged for “deep cleaning,” “carpet cleaning,” or any other cleaning fees, regardless of what you are told. No portion of your deposit can be called “non-refundable.” You cannot be charged for normal wear and tear. Do your research and document everything. Take photos upon move-in and upon move-out. If you aren’t a tenant through Paradise yet, steer clear of this company!
