Where do I start it’s been over two months since I bought a car from them & have not received my plates & registration yet . The whole process was sketchy & they were never informative. Mike is the guy who “helped “ me . He should be more caring & should be more helpful every time I had a question he never had a answer to it I gave them a call the other day to figure out what’s going with my plates & registration & he straight up said “ I have nothing to do with that “ thanks so much for your help . Never buying a car from them so unprofessional & careless. Till this day I haven’t received my plates & car also had some mechanical issues that I wasn’t told of . Terrible experience
Update/response: you guys were not in touch with me whatsoever & you guys didn’t informed me anything. I’m the one who’s been calling & texting yall 24/7 to get an answer. The only time you guys hesitated to call me was to complain about the review I gave you guys .

I purchased a SUV yesterday from Platinum, the service was outstanding. Joe went over and beyond to get me in my truck. I was treated like family there, I definitely recommend Platinum Auto Group.

I just went here yesterday to see about buying a truck. I was with my friend who is not easy to deal with, to say the least. But Joe was beyond professional, personable, competent and handled every monkey wrench that got thrown into the mix with utmost skill. I was and still am completely impressed. This place is most definitely honest, upright and these guys are great at math and handling money! Not to mention they have a money counter machine! Every problem that was presented, Joe had a solution.
I highly recommend this dealership, they are above board and conduct business in a straightforward and honest, no nonsense way.
Thank you guys, I intend on coming back! Don't sell my truck ?

Great place to buy a vehicle. I bought my mom's car here, and it was such a smooth process. Joe was great, informative, and answered all of my questions. I'll definitely be coming back when I'm looking for another vehicle.

This is the best dealership I have ever bought from. The customer service was above and beyond. We traveled from Arizona and everything was set up for us and we were back on the road within no time. The truck we purchased is in pristine condition. We will definitely come back to Mike for our next vehicle purchase . He gave us a awesome deal on our trade in , as well as the purchase price for the truck . We truly appreciate all that Platinum Auto Group did for us to get our beautiful new truck.

What a fantastic and stress free experience purchasing my BMW from Platinum Auto Group!. I found a BMW I was interested in on line. All the details of the car were readily available on Platinums website, which was very detailed. I called Platinum and spoke to Mike. I asked him questions about the car. He assured me the car was as the pics , in pristine condition. I decided to purchase the car and was due to visit the showroom over the weekend when I was free from work, but then realized I couldn't go to purchase the car as my insurance company does not work weekends, and I needed the insurance to obviously drive the car home!. Mike kindly suggested he could bring the car to me on a week day ( as I couldn't get to them during the week) with all the docs for me to sign. The transfer of the vehicle and the trade in of my old car was so easy, all done in the comfort of my own home. Mike really did go above and beyond for me in purchasing my car, which I love btw!. Such an honest man with integrity. I will definitely be recommending Platinum to anyone wanting to purchase a car.

I went to Platinum Auto Group in Victorville looking for a 2500 Ram. I found an awesome truck there matching what I wanted. I began working with Joe who was awesome to work with. Joe was relaxed, easy going and ZERO high pressure tactics.
We negotiated a fair price for the truck, which was honestly one of the easiest experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Again, no high pressure tactics, no bait and switch, just a fair negotiation back and forth.
There were tiny things that needed addressing with the truck, and Joe took care of ALL OF THEM with no problems.
Joe and Platinum Auto Group were a pleasant experience and I would definitely go back to Platinum for my vehicle needs.

Just purchased a new vehicle from Joe Montalbano and was very pleased with how the purchased went. Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable all thru the purchase process. I would definitely recommend Joe and the Platinum Auto Group. Also they don't waste your time as they are very fast with the process. Joe is very good at explaining every step of the process and goes the extra mile to help.
