These people do not clean the women’s bathroom. They literally have mold growing out of the toilets and the women’s bathroom and when you tell the workers that they should be reported to health inspectors because it’s freaking disgusting, they laugh about it with no desire of cleaning up the tampons in the blood and the overflow poopy toilet. This entire place should be shut down!

Few reasons why I give ross a 1 star, first is that the people that work their dont act polite second their messy and they look unprofessional. I don't see this business a real business they act like their better than everyone else. But excuse my language but stupid girl workers especially the so calles supervisors. I will never shop at ross again because of my last experience.

The amount of customers they already have, i like shopping at ross through the years i bought shoes, speaker, shirts,
Items for the house and pants as you can see im a customer of ross no complaint about the prices just the long line to pay !

Aisles are so uncomfortably narrow that you have to sometimes leave the aisle to just let people pass through. I don't know if I feel safe by the security. Someone has passed through me more than a couple of times, like dudes, please leave me shopping in peace.
Also, for how much stuff I bought, almost a full cart, I can't even bring it outside to my car, keep that in mind people if you are especially shopping by yourself.
The security personnel suggested that I pull up my car to the front so u can bring my stuff.
I didn't like that option.
I decided to just carry all my stuff in one go and then the doors don't even open automatically open. I'm just saying it's a struggle if you're shopping a lot and by yourself.

Very messy, not enough staff, long lines, it doesn't matter what time you go in, it's always like this, this place just gets worse, more stuff on the floor than on the rack. Not enough registers open and what's up with the single bank line? This is the worst idea for this place. Ross used to be a decent place to shop.
