Terrible service from the notary lady!
Points and said read the words on the document to 86 year old non-English educated lady.
When I tried to ask her if she could clarify, the old lady is able explained in layman’s words the purpose of the document she wouldn’t listen.Her attitude was short and inconsiderate. Wouldn’t accept that by her pointing and saying “read this document” caused undue pressure and terrifying expectations in this lady. When law requires the signee’s has knowledge and purpose of legal documents to be notarized. Legally it can be expressed in layman’s terms. But she refuse this old person whom can’t read English less a legal terminology document. I will never return for business there!

Needed a live scan done not only did he get it done fast he not once messed up grabbing my prints. I've gotten it done at the sheriff's department before and have seen more mistakes out of them. Not to mention they received my prints same day and was approved the same day. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing it done ASAP.

They are rude. Very unprofessional and racist. The owner stated " people like me". I asked him what he meant. He just kept saying people like you? He is racist and don't like helping people. They are rude. If you want to be treated bad, go in and see what I mean. They don't care about their customers. When I asked for my money back ask insisted I give the change I received but I told them no. They can give me the amount I paid. Not received. I will never do business with racist people.

I went in to return a package with the return label that has free return, the off manager had the audacity to charge me $2.99 for a piece of scotch tape! They are unprofessional as far as I'm concerned!

I got a job with a school district on a Wednesday afternoon so I needed to get LiveScan fingerprints done ASAP so I could start work the following Monday. I go in there and it was quick, easy and affordable! They really came through for me!Annette and her husband Yong were so nice and thorough with the fingerprinting process. Making sure that if any fingerprints needed to be redone, they did it so you wouldn’t have the LiveScan kick back for any incomplete, partial, or unacceptable prints. The absolute BEST PART is I could walk in WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT and get my LiveScan done immediately!!The school district recommended all of the local police & sheriff’s departments in Tulare county BUT every single one of them I called required an appointment that was a week or 2 out. That wasn’t going to work! I and the school district really wanted me to start work in 4 days.The school district was a little hesitant to let me go to Copy, Pack, N Ship cuz they never heard of them before and weren’t too confident in their turnaround time being quick enough like the police departments so I could start on Monday. But Copy, Pack, N Ship EXCEEDED my expectations by sending off the LiveScan electronically to the DOJ the -second- I left the store and I got my background check approved in less than 24 hours!The school district called me the very next day saying they got everything they needed, the fingerprints cleared and I can start Monday! Thank you SOOOO much Copy, Pack, ‘n Ship! I’m going to tell everyone I know that you do LiveScan fingerprints that are they are fast, easy, no appointment needed, and more importantly reliable!

I went to Copy Wrap and Ship to use the Notary Service. I needed 2 forms of ID verified for a government agency. Per CDC's instructions I needed a notary to verify this. As soon as i mentioned i needed two forms of ID verified the owner kept saying it was for an I-9 and she couldn't do it. I told her it wasn't an I-9 but she still refused to do it and wouldn't even look at what I needed. I was very bummed that I had to find another notary last minute. Fortunately I did and she filled out the form no problem. I won't go back to Copy Wrap and Ship. I do not know what she charges for notary service but missed out on my payment.

Great service I am from Delano CA and had to drive all the way to Visalia to get my fingerprints done and I had the wrong print out the lady help me out by getting the right copy although that was not her job to do but she help me I appreciate it .
