This is a great company! My car was towed by them due to an unfortunate event but they were so kind through the whole process. Marcy and another gentleman were kind and welcoming and when I went in to see what was able to be done about my situation they really helped me out and I will forever be grateful for their kindness and words of encouragement. They are wonderful people, this rating is only up to 5 starts but they’re 1000/10 in my book! Definitely recommend!

R&R Towing helped me get my car back when I thought there was no way to get it back! Instead of going to get my personal belongings out of my car I ended up coming home with my car! Thank so much for ur guys excellent service!

My fiance's car was towed by these people, and the worst towing experience ever. I went with her, but they wouldn't let me me in with her for some reason. So, I stood near an open window to listen, which they later tried to get me to move away from because I was "escalating" the situation. It was my fiance and 3 employees inside, I never said anything, I was only listening. She didn't have the money herself, so she was going to use her moms card. But they said she couldn't do that because the "law" states that it has to be her money only. When she started crying, they told her that if she couldn't calm down, she would need to come back later for their own safety because she was becoming "erratic.". We had to get cash, so they would give her the car back. It was a very sad experience. It would be nice if they had just a little respect for somebody who is trying to work with you. instead of treating people like Hooligans that you believe are trying to somehow get their car for free back from you, when they have never said a word about that. Rude and Ruder Automotive and Towing.

Worst customer service ever. If you need towing, make this your last choice, please. I first called to request a copy of a receipt of an overpriced towing they had done on my sister's car. The number on the website 559-625-2155 that I called was directed to the dispatcher, why? Who knows. I wanted to talk to someone in the office, but the number routed me to dispatch, the guy that answer was rude, condescending, ignorant and inept. He obviously hates his job because he has no customer service skills whatsoever, his monotone voice of a robot kept repeating "go to the office, go to the office". Is not like I wanted to disturb his meaningless day, all I wanted was to talk to someone in the office. The next day I went to the office, and I talked to the only girl that was there that walked out of the office and handled my inquiries in the parking lot, "very businesslike" smh. She was nice and told me to leave my info so that the manager/owner would reach back to me. Finally the owner/manager I believe the name Sandy, called me and said that they couldn't provide that information to me because I was not the car owner, I responded to her that they could have told me that the day before when I called, so that the register owner would have reach out, but since the inept dispatcher wouldn't let me talk and was in such a rush to get me off the phone I couldn't express my request. I expressed that to owner/manager and suggested they could have told me that and I wouldn't be wasting any anyone's time, she became outraged and said that I was rude to the dispatcher, front office, and herself and that all I had to do was asked for a copy of the receipt, which is all I ever wanted in the first place. She said she didn't have to help me if she didn't want to. Well Sandy or Candy or whatever your name is, the register owner is physically indisposed and that is why I am trying to help her, and I will gladly take this to the better business bureau so you can fix the way you handle business, because you guys provide the worst customer service on top of your excessive overpriced towing services. The receipt is just a formality that my sister needs for other business purposes, you didn't have to make this such a big deal. I really hope people realize what business this is and avoid it before falling into your malicious price scams. I also really hope you lose the contract with the Visalia Police since that is where you profit the most, by reaping unfortunate people off.

Look at ALL of their reviews......"Legal car thieves" they aren't lying!! Makes me wonder if CHP is in on the wracket!!.... WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! USE ANY OTHER TOW COMPANY OR NONE AT ALL! THE "WOMAN" THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE IS NOTHING SHORT OF A C*NT!! Save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere. The owner is extremely rude, clearly doesn’t know anything about customer service or how to run a business. It’s obvious these people are only in it for the money not to actually help the customer. Inconsiderate, threatening, and poor business etiquette is the least I can say to describe my experience with these people. Not only that but they’re rac¡st to Hispanics/Latinos & people of color. I was kicked out of their office for standing up for myself. They think every customer that walks through their door is there to fight or argue with them so they’ll get defensive and yell at customers.
