Ruddy’s has been my family’s preferred source for appliances for more than fifty years. Most recently I purchased a washer, a dryer, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a microwave from Ruddy’s as part of a home renovation. As expected I was able to get exactly what I needed at great prices.

I have buying appliances from this place since 1989 always incredible service humble great people with great prices and top-notch appliances. I absolutely love speed queen. They are the best washer and dryer ever made very durable and this business carries their whole line. It's okay. The dryer we bought makes a loud noise and doesn't really dry the close unless you leave them in for 2 hours. After looking online I could have gotten brand new items with a warranty for only a couple hundred dollars more.

I had purchased appliances from them before. Needing a new stove/oven, I found the one I wanted, I purchased and arranged for delivery. My new stove was delivered very dusty and dirty. They didn't even have all the parts for this purchase. Very disappointed. Told them to refund and take back, which they did.Will never purchase from them again.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. We have purchased major appliances from Ruddy's twice, to support local business. NEVER AGAIN. First purchases were a cook top, microwave oven and oven. We had issues with the cook top and microwave both needing the GE tech. Ruddy's installed the wrong oven , which I pointed out to the installer. He said this is what they gave me. Several days later, Ruddy's called and said the wrong oven was installed. I could pay the difference and keep the oven or wait a few days for the correct oven. I opted to wait. Second experience was with a refrigerator. These were all kept in a dimly lit room. We chose our model, and the next day went to sign for it. That's when the dents were pointed out, with the promise of ordering a new drawer. After several notices of "wrong part ordered" we figured it was a lost cause. We wrote a letter to them, with no response. They offer zero customer service and promise things they don't deliver.
