I've been attending classes over the last six months and Lisette is the Yoga Teacher that I have the most experience with. She's knowledgeable, prepared for every class and most importantly she is compassionate and caring.
Yoga Branch in Vista Village is a vibrant, loving yoga studio. Our staff is not only knowledgeable and compassionate, but varied and upbeat, too! All of our instructors are Registered Yoga Teachers, and several hold multiple certifications. If you’ve never been to Yoga Branch, come try your first class for only $10! We also offer workshops on certain weekends throughout the year, held by skilled yoga teachers from our community. Our Studio Invocation: “Om Loka Sumasta Sukhino Bhavantu” In Sanskrit, the ancient language of yoga, this invocation is a wish that all beings may be happy and free."
