Awesome staff with helpful information. they really know their stuff here and will help you with any questions you may have. I also like that you can order ahead and pick up at the counter. if you are waiting for an item to be in stock they will take your number down and call you when they restock it.

I've been shopping here for years, but recently this store acquired 2 new staff members, Caitlin and Kelsey. Anyway, I just wanted to say that these girls went above and beyond with their customer service! On a side note, the store looked great too, very clean!

Recently moved to the area and have been here 3 times in the last 2 months. Each time it has been a different salesperson and the customer service has been HORRIFIC. These have to be the most unhappy, rude, unapproachable individuals. Very sad.

Shout out to Valerie , Olivia and Briannah! This team led by Valerie go out of their way to offer great customer service and attention to detail. The store is very organized and well stocked. Everyone knows what's on sale and when things are arriving. I could not operate as a hairdresser without them. Great location and great people. CosmoProf should be proud of these people for being a great representation of their brand. I shop here because of them. Thank you
