I cannot get ahold of any staff. I have left several messages and no response. The website says the office hours are closed everyday. If this location is permanently closed it should reflect that online.

So easy, just upload your docs, they take care of the rest. Review online with a video call, electronically sign and submit. That's it! Everything can be done online, no wasting time with a in person meeting.

Ann Stanwood was the reason we did our taxes here for decades. Can't believe HR Block wouldn't do everything to keep such a stellar employee. She was absolutely the best. Now, we'll have to go elsewhere because other staff just not up to Ann's standard.

We had an outstanding experience with this office. An older relative had a difficult tax problem that we could not solve despite many tries on our own. We needed help with a previous HRB tax return. Lisa Yes was sympathetic to our plight and took considerable time to track down the answer. We watched her skill with the computer, accessing various options while looking for a solution, all the time in good spirits. Her 15 years of experience showed. Thank you Lisa Yee!

The person who I request every year is the one and the only reason I do not think twice about using H&R Block. She is the reason I return every year.If she leaves I am not so sure I'd use H&R; I would investigate options. I hope H&R treats their employees, who are like the gal I use, with respect. The gal I have used for 7 (or more?) years is smart, kind, trustworthy and a great communicator of facts; good, bad and ugly facts. She has given me smart advice. Respect goes a long way.
