I have been coming here for 5 years. Pre Covid I was a powerlifter and now I am trying to loose that Covid weight. Safety is the top priority. All the trainers are educated and care about your health.

Visiting Raw Sports Performance was life changing and an awesome experience. I met Felice, Tom, and Dominick who were extremely helpful, friendly, and instructive. I felt anxious before entering the gym and now I am liberated and feel accomplished that I decided to do a workout and check Raw Sports Performance. I also met an intern named Julia who was awesome on showing me how the classes work and Felice who assisted on creating a happy working environment. I am glad I met Raw Sports and the people working there.

Signed up my 17 year old son as he was looking for a gym to continue the kind of lifting he was doing at De La Salle during football season and wanted to maintain his strength for rugby season. He loves this gym! Has everything he needs and the workouts are very challenging. Tom has been great, providing a lot of guidance and motivation. If you are serious about lifting, this is the place!

This spot is awesome!!! The coaches/trainers are knowledgeable and friendly!!! And, everyone at the gym is very welcoming and easy to talk to. You feel like family as soon as you walk through the door!!! Love this gym and everyone there!!!

Best shape I've ever been in, in least amount of time. As a former swimmer and boxing workout junkie, I can seriously say I got in the best shape I've ever been in at Raw. Tom has built a great gym. The focus is on athletics so the workout sets focus on strength building and range of motion. You're not going to miss leg day here. People are always around to help guide you and there are plenty of exercises/stretches that will be new to you.
