I brought in a broken laptop that I needed for a business trip two days later. They expedited the part and had it fixed with plenty of time to spare. Even more impressive, there customer service was amazing! Everyone I encountered was so kind and easy to work with. While I hope I do not need them again any time soon, I will certainly use them for all future computer needs.

Saratoga Computer Services provided excellent computer repair and was very responsive with inquiries. They fixed my laptop well. I highly recommend them. Dealing with Anthony was great. The price was affordable. I would go here again if I had computer issues.

I looked for the Dell official technical support company and found Saratoga computers company on their official website. They did: -New Windows installation. -Crash and temperature test. -Installed my new video card and ssd. Everything works like a new. I extremely recommend this company. Thank you Anthony!!!

Can I just say these guys are LIFESAVERS! we had an older Imac that we use just for browsing the internet, pay bills etc. but with the kids doing distance learning it started to get a lot of zoom use. Unfortunately these were built with a flaw where the the graphics card will overheat and eventually get fried when used a lot. This happened right before the holidays and after calling around we were told it would cost somewhere between $700 and $900 for repair. (I called 2 places like ufixit etc.) Even though this is an old imac that we planned on eventually replacing we werent really prepared to do that right now as we just bought the kids 2 new laptops and we only used this downstairs. We brought it to the apple store in Walnut creek and they told us there was not much they could do. We wanted to get our data and the technician referred us to get a 2nd opinion at Saratoga Computers which he highly recommended. Anthony helped us when we came in and not only was he knowledgeable of the problem----he gave us the pros and cons of fixing it, but he also backed up our data. He also gave us a much lower quote at half the price compared to anyone else. We decided to do the repair to buy us some time to save for a new desktop. These guys are the real deal. Helpful and honest with their cost, labor and will give you options. Go to them to them to get a fair diagnostics and pricing.

I have had them repair a screen on a laptop and replace a hard drive in a desktop. They have also provided me with data recovery and software reinstallation. Each time they have been professional, friendly and reasonably priced with a quick turnaround time.
