Had our 360 bed delivered last week. Has been deflating off and on ever since. Called the support line and the earliest they can come and take a look is 2 weeks from now. VERY disappointing as this bed was over 10k. Didn't expect to have problems the first day we got it. Not sure if I can recommend sleep number to anyone else now

Rachel was fantastic and made the process a breeze. I’m so excited to receive my new mattress but unfortunately sleep number’s shipping takes a lot longer than other companies. My back is impatiently waiting?

I bought a bed from here about a year ago. The woman who sold us the bed falsely told us that we bought everything necessary to set up my headboard.When the delivery and installment men came, they said I needed a frame because all I had was the box platform and the headboard.When I told the woman at the store, she apologized and said she ordered the frame, but instead I received a duplicate box of the hardware that came with the headboard.When I went to the store to return the box and ask for a discounted frame (to make up for the false claims about having everything I needed), the woman tried to contact management, but her connection was slow. Her coworker told us that management would contact us later, but they never did.I'm only giving 2 stars because the bed is 5 stars, and the delivery men were kind and said to never hire someone from Sleep Number to move a mattress because they overcharge. (They certainly feel like they overcharged for the headboard.)

The worse bed I’ve ever had in my life! From the beginning it’s been giving me problems. Keeps losing air. Makes lots of noise and customer service won’t do anything about it. Save your money and go buy elsewhere.

I've been a Sleep Number customer since 2013. I visited the Walnut Creek, CA store to purchase a Queen bed mattress replacement. The manager personalized my experience while walking me through equipment option and cost. I departed feeling very satisfied and appreciated.

Excellent experience. Sassan helped us and was very patient and knowledgeable. He did not pressure us to make a quick decision on such an important purchase. I have researched online and decided to come here to try out their beds, seeing that their product gets tons of great reviews. We were greeted by Debi who is so positive and has an ultra lovely personality. We tried out the i10 and flex3 base and quickly fell it love. I just felt my back relaxing to any number she picked from 60 down to 10! I honestly can sleep on any number. We love the heating option because my husband has naturally cold feet. We decided to go for the split king i10 with flexfit 3 base. It did not cost additional money to have the bed split, so that each side can have its individual settings. I can use the app to automatically lower my husband's side down because he likes to fall asleep watching TV. For my side, I can elevate my feet after midnight to help with my diabetes, but I prefer to fall asleep with my feet flat to begin with. We also bought all our sheets here too. They felt luxurious and the colors fit both my husband's and my taste. Last but not least, Debi gave us the time we needed to make our decision and was extremely kind enough to call us or text us to make sure we liked our product. Additionally, she helped us with our app download and signed us up for 0% interest and financing for 36 months. I highly recommend everyone to come here. The manager, Jason, is a vet from Iraq and he keeps this place extremely organized and has everything in stock for you to purchase. It is always an honor to meet anyone that served in Iraq. We already know we will be back to buy more accessories and unconditionally love this place due to the sleep experts' thorough communication and easy-going relaxing tour of all their products. Dress comfortably and give it a try. There is free garage parking on Locust Street.
