My husband I came in to combine our lines together into 1 account and I needed an upgrade for a phone Trystan was so helpful he greeted us right away helped us set up our new phone, he also explained to us the promotion that we’re going on, he was nothing up sure amazing, thank you again trystan for helping us out , will definitely come back to him if we need anything else!

I got this terrible message “iPhone cannot verify server identity” for a while. I’ve googled it, also asked help from few customer service reps. They were trying to ignore, pay no attention, or have no idea...and last one was just walking out of service area to make me waiting for the message came out again… I was hopeless and almost stepping out of the store …luckily, Joshua Lara came to me, he was quickly resolved the problem without Clicking on details! He is understanding with professional skill, full of knowledge, and high standards for customer service. It was definitely surprise experience. Thank you Joshua!

Came in in Dec 2023 to try out their 5G internet and was told that I would pay $40/month. I decided to keep the device after 14 day trial period but the bill came as $45/month. Came to talk to them and they simply said it’s miscommunication. $5 is not a big deal but the switch and bait tactic is what’s annoying. Imagine if it’s couple hundred dollars ….

The store reps lied to us- and told us to add 2 lines on the account as it was "add one line and get one line for free" and we could remove the paid line anytime we had like. They also gave us two "free" phone along with the lines. After a month we tried to remove the paid line by calling in & they said we can't remove the line now, as we are under a contract for the two free phones for 2 years. We have reported this store already with T-Mobile customer service & they will be taking actions hopefully.

Buyers beware! The customer service reps were totally dishonest, unprofessional, rude, lack of knowledge, tricky, etc.. It was definitely the WORST experience I’ve ever encountered in ANY retail store! A good or bad management can really make or break a business… this is all I can say about this particular T-Mobile store

Thank you so much Joshua for the above and beyond customer service. Very witty on how he explained every single details of the unit we purchased.3 months ago we purchased 2 Apple Watches and he assisted us very well. Today we are very lucky he is in the store to help us for my daughter’s phone. Look for Joshua if you come to this store. He is very accommodating.

Terrible customer service on simple transactions. I’ve had to drive here and back more than 4 times and this most recent time, they closed the store 5 minutes before closing time. Stuck without service.

I bought a phone here. I was a longtime Apple user, but stopped using them because they were so tight with the evil CCP, and were accused of having some of their parts made by slaves. The CCP has over 1,000,000 Uyghurs in concentration camps.I cannot adequately express my anger and disappointment, when I discovered the Samsung phone I purchased came preinstalled with Tic Tok, a CCP spy tool.I called T-Mobile to complain, and was put on hold for over 2 hours, and nobody would talk to me.T-Mobile should not sell any products made in China.

My partner decided to change carrier to t-mobile and he availed the their promotion with 2 i phones included aside from the line. My partner live in vegas and sent me my new iphone, my partner instructed me to go to the nearest t mobile which i did and just let them know that my phone needed to be activated. I went to this store then one of the guy there assisted me, i provided all the info that he needed but unfortunately he said he couldn't activate my phone bc he needs my partner to be there, i explained to him that he was in vegas. In short he didn't helped me to activate my phone. That guy wasn't very helpful to their customer and i didn't hear any apology from him. So i wouldn't recommend this place if u want their services. I am not gonna come again to this place
