Recently I started going to ULTA Beauty Salon. For the last two times, I booked my appointments with Anna. Shoutout to Anna! She is very professional and sweet. She took her time with my hair and it was perfect. Her Birthday is coming soon. I am Wishing her a very happy Birthday, may all her dreams come true. She is the BEST! The salon was very clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely, I will be back!

I went to this store to buy 2 mascaras. I bought one brand and was looking for a smaller tube of another brand. I looked near the checkstands but didn't see what I wanted, so I picked up a Lancome brand of mascara. I saw a price under the product, so I thought that price matched the product. When I looked at the receipt, I noticed it was $30.00. I didn't want to pay that much for the mascara, so I asked the girl at the register if someone could assist me. She asked an employee by the name of Samantha. My God, this employee must hate her job. I told her I had just purchased it and asked if the price was $30.00. She seemed so bothered by my question. She said, "When did you purchase this?" I had just told her that it was a few minutes ago. She was not pleasant, never smiled, or even greeted me. Then she asked again. "You just priced this? I was getting irritated. I said, "5 minutes ago. I told her that I wanted another brand but couldn't find it. She seems disinterested. She went over to the rounders where the smaller size products are located. Her next comment was, "It's right here." Her tone was snotty. I ended up buying it, but I'm going to return it because I'm done with this store. I don't want to give them any of my business if I am treated so poorly. This is not the definition of good customer service.

I was with my daughter shopping and a lady asked if I needed help with something and she just kept starring at me and my daughter very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable and my daughter it's weird asf

I have been to so many Ultas in different cities, this is by far the worst, most unprofessional, discriminatory store I have ever been to. Not one single employee had any intention of helping OR even asking if you're finding anything ok? Will look you dead in the eye and stil not say a word or help you. And when you do ask for help, it's like you're invading THEIR personal time. I have never felt so strange in store, it honestly felt like the twilight zone of retail. You're at work and I'm bothering YOU because I can't find an eyeshadow? What... 2 girls, both young, short dark hair and curly dark hair. Your behavior was so, so wrong. Both of you. You know exactly how you behaved and I just genuinely hope the both of you find peace in your lives as you grow up because you clearly are not happy to be there or to be of any help or positivity whatsoever. The only kind person working, not joking, The ONLY one, was the new guy working on the floor. I believe it was his first day/ week. That's it. This is the closest Ulta to my home and I will absolutely never in my life support this location ever again.

For every good experience Ive have with an employee at the counter, there is a poor one that outweighs it because was already experienced on the sales floor. Employees here are self centered enough to not want to help find items or unlock the perfume case. They are truly unimpressive.

I never leave reviews but I just had to come on here!! I got my hair done by Noemi at Ulta West Co. I had the best experience and she is just very talented left my hair feeling amazing !! I'm definitely coming back to her
