I go to this plaza all the time. It is maintained beautifully. However, they have ashtrays everywhere and people are smoking right in front of restaurants. This is a violation as the law is “Prohibit smoking within 25 feet of any outdoor area of an eating establishment or bar set aside for use by patrons.” This is a family plaza and a lot of babies and kids. I wish the plaza will address this issue.

The visit was ok. There were a group of employees taking a break. Sat near us and started smoking. Find that to be rude. I thought there was a rule of no smoking near the doors of dining establishments. Guess it changed.

This is a super nice plaza with Tesla superchargers and a nice outdoor area to sit at! It’s conveniently located next to the interstate as well. Overall, the area is very well-kept and clean with some staple spots like 85 degrees bakery. Definitely one of the better plazas I’ve been to in the LA area.
