Don't buy from here. They lie and scam you. The sales experience was amateur and without any guidance other than to push bigger carat, clarity and the warranty. The salesperson also said I only need to put 50% down but the next morning I get an email stating that ring is almost ready and I need to make final payment. I pay immediately thinking the ring will ship soon... NOPE. I was promised I'd have the ring prior to the proposal and weeks later there's still no ring. Support and communication was nonexistent other than emails going out about delays... the email says there's a delay and does NOT provide an updated delivery date. You can wait a day for their website to update or call their offshore service desk and wait on hold for ten minutes for someone to tell you they don't know anything. Asking for a supervisor took 3 days to get a callback. You can't call the store, that just goes to their help desk. We went back to the store after the proposal which was very disappointing to propose with a fake ring and asked the sales agent if we could update the ring size since my fiancé wanted half size smaller. They said they could but then the ring would be final sale on delivery vs 30 day return/exchange which is typical. I understand if they started production of the ring and it was on time but they hadn't started production AND they were already 3 weeks late. While deciding on whether to update the ring size and make the purchase a final sale that was not eligible for return, we went to VRAI (just a few blocks away). The showroom is stunning and there's super helpful people there. They also let you pick the exact diamond out on site. I ended up getting an even nicer ring here for 20% less. Plus they give a free warranty and appraisal (nothing extra to buy) and you can always trade in your ring and get the full original purchase price towards your upgrade in the future. Save yourself a lot of stress, aggravation and your wallet and don't go to brilliant earth. Go somewhere else... anywhere else.

I had no idea what to expect when I walk into the store today. I was greeted with a whole bunch of smiles, and it made me feel comfortable. Then then the manager started to help me. I think her name was Rachel??? But she took the time to educate me on diamonds, telling me the difference between real diamonds and manmade and the education process was so helpful. I didn't buy a diamond yet, but they have my business and loyalty.

Started off well, but started to notice hardware issues like skewed stone and after one month of wear, accent diamond fell off. Had to repair and the repair took forever (over one and a half months), resulting in it not coming back in time for our engagement parties. Missed photo opportunities and lost moments. Had other events like family coming into town to visit and they weren't able to get to see it in person. Repair was delayed and the resolution compensation was a cheap gift and not worth the additional 30 min wait for the resolutions managers to approve. Serious operations issues, delays weren't communicated, and we had to call in to receive updates. Investors need to enhance customer experience ASAP. For how much you are paying and for how much they seem to spend on advertising, it does not feel worth it. Would not recommend to friends and family, anymore.

I had a great experience with Shiloh at the LA location I also appreciate Brilliant Earth's offering - Getting a beautiful ring at a more fair price and a company with some higher ethical/sustainability standards is definitely something I'm glad to support Assuming they continue to maintain and improve those standards, I highly recommend the company (Can update this review after I receive the ring)

The service at the Beverly Hills Brilliant Earth location was caring and very helpful! We met with Ariana who reviewed our online profile to get us immediately started! She showed us rings in our price bracket and was very attentive! We never felt any pressure and we were able to choose what works for us! We bought our engagement ring online and will continue to use Brilliant Earth for jewelry.

Brilliant Earth has won a lifetime customer! The values and the beliefs initially drew me in -- proven, ethically sourced material and great designs with customization. Virtual consultations for ultimate convenience. Their customer service is top tier, you can always get in touch with someone. Lastly and most impactfully, the representatives at the West Hollywood location sealed the deal with their charm and sincerity. Looking for an engagement ring for my soon-to-be wife. My friend bought a ring here that was hollow, the ring broke during normal wear (literally his wife sitting at her desk typing) and they refused to honor their own warranty policy.Businesses who scam customers and don’t make it right deserve no business. An engagement/wedding ring company that will not honor their own warranty policy is bottom of the barrel worthless. Never shop here. This is a direct and real review of how this company does business. I’ll be taking my measly 5k to a shop that isn’t actively scamming and then ripping off it’s customers.

If you need something urgently, I suggest you look at another jewelry brand. I ordered something for my wedding and it was delayed multiple times. When I called customer service to resolve it, they gave me a shipping time that was highly inaccurate (the day before my wedding), so I didn't receive my package in time for my wedding (a week after my wedding). I ended up ordering a back up option from Blue Nile with less than a week from the wedding and that order arrived in 2 days.

This review is for the repair service only, as I was not part of the picking out of my ring (hubby did an AMAZING job :)). A tiny little diamond fell out at the bottom of my band (not the big main one) and I was nervous to send it in for repair, as I have read some crappy reviews about the process. However, we dropped the ring off in person (I had them read me the code of the large diamond) and two weeks later the ring arrived fixed and looking even better than before (I had them read the code of the large diamond again to double check it was still the same). It all went as planned so I think the repair experience deserves 5 stars. They also told me it would be ready in a month....so getting it back two weeks early was a nice surprise. The only bummer is once they send it off it's just out there without you knowing where it is and what is happening to it. They said they can't tell us the tracking number or where it's at for security reasons because multiple items are being sent at once. So I get that, but blind faith is rough when tens of thousands of dollars are on the line. My hubby did ensure the ring fully. So the whole process was free. I highly recommend insuring it, just know that when you insure it with them, you can only fix it with them. If you want to insure it with a different company that allows you to take it to any jeweler that might be a good option if you don't live close to the store. Overall my husband and I are happy with the experience.
