We came 30 mins before closing and they were already closed, when we tried to ask them about it they said they “run on a different schedule”. Came back a second day and couldn’t get an appointment, when we tried to ask questions to the security guard they were rude and condescending.

Door was locked 20 minutes before closing. They were on a ‘different schedule’ that day. Went out of the way to visit and they wouldn’t let us in.

Got inside and the rep i was dealing with ran away to help someone else lol
Went to Malibu location got way better service and they have more stock. Picked up a hoodie there instead
This location is an L sorry
Only thing going for it is the interior. It’s beautiful inside

The people was cool, hard to find the building, there’s no logos anywhere. They don’t really have much options to choose from, one of the smaller stores I’d say.

First time visiting, staff are awesome. Really welcoming, and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. The guy helping me out didn’t hover and let me browse, but was always available for help. PSA if you get lucky you can drop in to shop, but you might be turned away if you haven’t booked an appointment online.

Paid parking opposite the store
one hour?? Three hours?? $2 payment required for parking
La store does not accept phone reservations.

The doorman is fun, kind, and makes you feel good.
All store staff are friendly and nice.
Chrome Hearts seems to be good at customer service as it is expensive.

Sam the security guard was super sweet to us I don't know what the bad reviews are about! Ian was very helpful and super nice ! I will be shopping here again
