Absolutely incredible service and the matress is next level. I can’t recommend this place enough. Could be the best experience i’ve had in years when it comes to buying something.Do yourself a favor people and go into the showroom and see the difference.Don’t skip out when it comes to a mattress after all you spend a lot of your life in bed.It’s the Ferrari of beds.

Gary and his team are the best and true definition of caring about their customers offering top customer service. Having purchased my new mattress a few months ago, I unexpectedly found myself in the hospital and the hospital pillows were so bad that I called Gary and he had 3 brand new of the most amazing pillows and brand new pillow cases that fit my exact request and provided to me in the hospital to make sure my hospital stay was more comfortable, even offering to come fix up the actual hospital bed for me. Words cannot even express how much I appreciate Gary and all the products they provide and more importantly how he and his team make me feel like family and truly care about me! Thank you over and over!!!!

Super thrilled after 3 years of researching and going back and forth… finally purchase an amazing latex mattress from Custom Comfort. I need to praise Jeff (our salesperson) for his active listening, endless patience and desire to find the right size, comfort level and topper to meet both my needs and my hubby’s, no easy task! After 4 hours and lots of education… we ended up buying a Cali king mattress and top with the adjustable frame, complete with massage functions which I really did not think we needed until the demo! Also kudos to Kevin who helped up a few years ago at the Pasadena location and now is at the Beverly one - can’t believe he even remembered us! Highly recommend - seriously great investment for the 1/3rd of your life you spend in bed!

I have been very impressed with the customer service and sales at Comfort Plus. First, Nejhla, at the WeHo store was extremely helpful and patient with us while deciding which bed to pick. They are very much focused on which bed is right for each person vs. trying to sell you the most expensive bed. I needed to make several changes to selection and delivery and they were very accommodating. Also, when I needed to have someone check out something with the adjustable base, they were able to come by the next day to assist. We highly recommend the products and company!

Loved my experience at Custom comfort! I had Najhla help me find the perfect side sleeper pillow. I used it last night and I had the best sleep! I love it. I would definitely come back for a mattress and recommend all my friends here!
