Amazing beds, and even better customer service. I've had a Duxiana for many years and its the best bed around (better than Hasten in my opinion as Hastens change how they feel over years due to their use of horse hair). Ordered a new product from them which had a mix-up being shipped from Portugal, and they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Thank you Duxiana and thank you Dana for all of your excellent service!

Terrible customer service. The bed was pretty good for about 12 months. But is sags on both sides. Duxiana just gives us the run around.

I purchased Duxiana approximately over 10 years ago. The bed cost me $10,000 and came with a 25 year warranty that was useless. I called New York headquarters and spoke to Ed Curry, who promised to call me back after several request and never did. I find Duxiana one of the worst companies and the worst customer service save your money save your back.

We bought a Dux bed in 2010, and what can I say: Best luxury purchase ever! I cannot speak for other people's sleep preferences but for us it is a treat to sleep in our bed, it has been great. It is expensive, no doubt, and it is a luxury to spend this much on a bed, but I do fully recommend this product. And service in this store (11 years ago) was very good.

Came here looking to buy a mattress to replace a tempurpedic that I don't like. The sales woman didn't know anything about the model I asked about because it was "too new." Somehow I knew about her products than she did. When asked about the adjustable mattress system, I was told I couldn't customize without buying extra cassettes, but they don't recommend doing that (what is the point of an adjustable system then?). I walked out in frustration because I shouldn't have to pay an additional $700 for a firmer bed when dropping $8200 already. Called the South Coast Plaza store and they allow you to customize the cassettes at now extra charge. Avoid this store.

If you want the most amazing bed you can imagine, this place has them. The beds are expensive, but worth it. The staff really knows their product and do not oversell. It was nice updating our 20 year old bed to a new one. And a minor mix-up on delivery was handled quickly and professionally.

I went into this DUXIANA West Hollywood and found Mike Strand to be exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me pick a mattress that has been wonderful, and we were in and out within 30 minutes. The whole process to shopping to delivery was very smooth, I'd highly recommend taking a look before making a purchase anywhere in the Hollywood area.

I came into sit n sleep thinking I was going to buy a bed in a box. Mike greeted us with a super genuine approach to finding something even better for the same price (I actually spent less) and what I really loved about the experience is the "bed match" aspect where they calibrate your body to the perfect bed. I feel really confident in the bed I bought :) Thanks Mike!

I got lucky and worked with Nate to find the perfect bed. He was so helpful, knowledgable and really knew exactly what I wanted and needed for my apartment and I slept like a baby last night! I am so happy with my choice and I wouldn't of been able to do it without Nate!

On a hot September afternoon my partner and I found ourselves with some free time. We hadn't decided to buy a new bed, but we'd been curious about checking some out. We walked in to DUXIANA with the intention of getting some respite from the hot weather outside and casually browsing the beds on display. Prior to walking in my girlfriend says to me, "No matter what, we're not buying a bed today."

Similar experience to others. Just bought a $5,000 custom bed. They sold me a cover for the mattress at almost $500. Bought at the close of business, returned the next morning to return it and they demanded a 3% "restocking fee," for a packaged item that had been taken off the shelf. Clearly, there was nothing to "restock." The employee, Isadora, pointed out that it amounted to only about $20. I then said that if that was the case, Dux could absorb the "loss." She then complained I create problems when I come into the store (I have no idea of what she's talking about). I pointed out that I had recently purchased a custom $5000 mattress, that in the last year I bought a new $1700 topper for another mattress, and that between myself and other family members, we have SEVEN Dux beds, but since that was her belief, I wouldn't bother them again with my business. She then tried to say that wasn't what she meant. To ruin long-term goodwill over $20 is absurd. This merchant needs to learn about customer service.
