UPDATE: I WAS A CUSTOMER OF YOURS.BEWARE: These were not diamonds and no paperwork included, because the ring had no actual diamonds. False advertising and products. I received a ring that looks nothing to what they advertise online or the specifications/quality.. The "diamonds" were white and cloudy, there is no way these were diamonds at all. they looked worse than zirconias. so if you bought a ring, make sure you double check that its an actual diamond, not some clear rock or glass. they will take your money, and then blame you.UPDATE: After reporting them to my credit card, they in turn reported me back as potential 'fraud. I pointed out Costco, because I am a member and I buy jewelry where quality is guaranteed, and it can be returned with ease if not satisfied.again, to my surprise the pictures Gina Amir uses to advertise her jewelry is the same one (the ring) that you can find at costco. The difference is that when I purchased my ring (later) at Costco, the ring looks IDENTICAL to their online picture. and the quality is AMAZING. real and beautiful diamonds.I wouldn't wear Ginas' ring even if it was free. atrocious. BEWARE

Beware, ordered a diamond ring with overnight shipping. Have been trying to reach Gina for 5 days as my card has been charged but have received no communication or tracking information. Have called daily, emailed, texted.. nothing. Looked on yelp and numerous people have experienced the same scam. In the middle of a dispute with credit card but since the value is over 5k it will take longer than normal for the dispute process. Do not order from here. Order #154 in case they respond that there is no record of my order.

Ghosted by a jeweler...I bough a necklace that I saw on her site matching a necklace that I had lost. The one sent is NOT the necklace I ordered. It does not match the included Appraisal, it does not match the photos on her website. Everthing about this transaction (and the people "running" it) has been bad business. I have spent 10 days trying every way I know how to get in touch with them but NOTHING, NADA. Phone, Text, Email, Messaging on Website, Facebook Messenger. No response whatsoever. I have my money back from my credit card company, but I want to send the necklace back and still can't even get that accomplished. If you have unlimited time, patience and money then this is the jeweler for you otherwise look for jewelry literally anywhere else. Walmart has better customer service than this "supposed" reputable designer.

Purchased a platinum band it was delivered without any paperwork. When I reached out via text I was told it was sent separately that I should receive it a few days after the delivery of the item. It’s been a week or so still no paperwork and the only way you could communicate with this place is through text for some reason, no calls! Does not make me feel good about my purchase and I will not be purchasing anything again from this place!Update- May 25, 2021 Never received any paperwork for this purchase. This is completely unacceptable!I took the ring to 3 different jewelry stores to try and get it appraised and all 3 places said it was NOT REAL

Beware: do not bring your jewelry here for repair or re-design. You won't get your jewelry back! Warning! I have been truing to get my jewelry (earrings, necklace and rings) back since January and am still waiting! My jewelry was left with them back in September, 2020! I have been patient due to Covid but there are no longer any excuses for the lack of communication and failure to return phone calls and text messages regarding my jewelry. I received some texts over these 6 months saying my items are ready, but there is NO follow up whatsoever regarding appointment times/dates and the store is only open by appointment. I am now worried that my diamond jewelry may have been sold. I did not want to post a bad review (as I have been their customer for over 5 years) but I want to prevent other customers from experiencing what I am experiencing. I hope that by posting this honest review, I will get my jewelry back without needing to take legal action. The business per its website seems to be busy and successful (good reviews) in selling/shipping diamond jewelry but is unreliable and nonresponsive to its customers whose jewelry is in their possession and control. Gina Amir Atelier fails to communicate with you once they have your diamond jewelry.

Scam. Terrible quality half my diamonds aren't even real!!!!! After 1 month of wear the white gold is already yellowed over the entire set!!!!ZERO response from anyone who works there. They stole our money with false advertising using product images from other websites, charging over retail price delaying delivery to weeks when promised and paid for expedited shipping.You ruined my engagement/wedding!Absolutely!!!!!! DO NOT USE GINA AMIR!!!!!!

I had two rings resized here: CANNOT TELL THAT THEY WERE EVER TOUCHED! I got them back in WAY BETTER condition than they were in before! Also had them gold plate a Silver ring for me... came out great! These are not your average wholesale jewelers they are the real deal producing their own jewelry and also extremely professional, polite, friendly and honest people. Gina and Shervin helped me out and If I could, I'd give 6 stars. Thanks guys!

What a horrible experience. I found this store online after searching for a particular necklace. Longer story short, I placed an order for a necklace that was supposed to be 1.38ct and I was planning to layer it with an existing necklace I already had. It took forever to arrive and when it did not look anything like it should. I immediately took it to a local jeweler who informed me that the necklace was nowhere near 1.38ct. I immediately contacted Gina Amir. As the other reviews state, it is extremely difficult to get someone on the phone. I emailed pictures and showed comparisons between what they send and what my existing necklace looked like. They said... someone must have made a mistake. Are you kidding me? They sent an expensive (allegedly custom) item without someone inspecting it? They were very cagey. I sent it back. They sent back another necklace- with allegedly more diamonds, but they didn't tell me about it until after. The necklace was now a couple inches longer (I can not later it with my existing necklace) and when I took it to the local jeweler again to have it inspected, he said it was not as they described in the appraisal certificate. So then they took $300 off and assured me it was due to the bezels. Overall, a shady and horrible experience.

After long search we decided to go with Gina amir Atelier for our diamond wedding bands, they customer made one to match my engagement ring and made a thing one for my husband. We couldn't be happier with our our our purchase. We will definitely come back for more.
